Shangri-La`

It was obvious that the master was gonna come back yesterday. R T Davies can't think of his own awesome enemies so he useds old ones. First the most famous Daleks, then the cyberman, then the Master. I wouldn't be suprised if next series monsters were the Ice Warriors. Or Davros.
They brought the Master back from the dead, why not him aswell?Thats a bit harsh, Who has always relied on re occuring bad guys. Plus there are many questions he has not answered. Given time i'm sure new bad guys will be introduced. Plus the only real threat to the doctor has always been the time lords. It makes sense to use the master.
It also seems to me that a lot of people forget that a major part of the target audience is children. It is a hard line to walk, ballancing the desires of the old fans and creating stories for the new ones. Especially for children.
I think the job they have done is "fantastic" I have been a fan for over 20 years and I still find it fresh and enjoyable.
Yes I figured out that the professor was the Master long before he changed, but it made the build up more tense.
I sat there saying "don't be him!" the whole time. The fact that the professor and the doctor had some really touching moments, and Derick Jacobi, I mean come on. What an actor! His eyes when he became the master...it sent chills down my spine.
Then John Simms's regen madness (it send all timelords a bit loopy, name one stable post regeneration doctor!) I loved it.
Why don't we have a nice chat where i tell you all my plans and you figure out a way to stop me, I don't think!
End of the World...Bye Bye
