A voice suddnly broke into Ziven's mind, but not hostily. "I would tell him that that is not a good idea, if I were you. That is... if you value your friend's life. Using Gage's eye as a replacement is... foolish."

She smiled and nodded her head, pleased to know the most difficult part was over. However a voice ran through her head. Her mouth fell open with shock. Replying to both, Vice through her mind and Skye verbally, she expressed her concern. "What? You have used the eye you took from Gage?!?" She looked to Skye with utter distress and .. disappointment. "Skye, you would be better off to lose an eye or find another solution. Using the eye you took from Gage is a very bad idea."

"I'm aware it is unwise...if I keep it permanently.
But that is not my intention.
This eye holds many secrets about my new enemy, and it will serve as a proper tool to use against him when he tries to destroy me again.
Once it has served it's purpose though, I will get my own eye back."

"Ziven, tell him this for me: Everything on Gage's body is enchanted by what I like to call the corruption spell. I made the spell when fighing against creatures that could use my body parts to restore themselfs.
If he keeps the eye and it becomes activated, it will rip him apart until he a creature lower than man... a servant to the owner of the limb.
And there is no counter spell, for the basis off it is through a twelve point rune... a perfect spell whos only counter is a spell not only equally strong, but exactly opposite." Vice said into Ziven's mind once again.

She shook her head, looking to him with pleading eyes. "I can assure you it will lead you to nothing but pain and be used as a weapon against you. Please Skye, you must not do this." she said softly, for what good it might do. She cared for the well being of her friend but there was no denying that he could be quite stubborn when his mind had been made up. Tilting her head slightly, she pondered the grim thought of doing something that would be for his own good but thought better of it. There were some things in life that one would need to learn the hard way in order to see clearly. This, unfortunately, could be one of those times.
Hearing Vice's words, she replied to him with her mind. "Thank you, I understand. My friend does not always listen to reason, I will do my best to convince him." she replied. She did not need to be told this was a bad idea, no matter what the truth behind the bad idea might be.

(Ooc: If what you meant by looking deeply in to Ziven's eyes was that you forcibly took information from her mind, then I'm really disappointed and quite offended that you meant that. Your post does not describe at all any kind of forced mind entry.
On Ziven's side of things, if anyone and I mean anyone tries to force information from her, they will not be able to get it easily. Being trained of the mind for as many years, hers is not an open book to be read at your leisure.
Stealing other people's abilities because you've taken their dismembered body parts .. I can understand it but I don't agree with it. Especially not at the level you're doing which is basically pop an eyeball in your head and somehow you just happen to have picked up all his knowledge like his eyeball is a CD rom or something. gonk Which, completely off topic-ly, is a very gross thought. xd
Anywho, if you're unwilling to edit, then I shall edit my post and say that Ziven left which will mean you could not have read her mind at that point. Sorry to be snarky with this but I strongly disagree with what you've done here. sad )

She tilted her head a bit, standing a bit stiffly as she replied. "Knowing that Gage has the same training as Reeve, that Vice has been part of their training .. I have had experience enough with observing what goes on between the three to know it is best not to meddle with their magic lightly. Trust me when I say it will lead to nothing good." she said softly, bobbing her head. "However .. Vice and I are currently speaking as you and I speak. Though he is speaking to me for your sake .. if you keep his eye .. you will encounter great pain, eventually you will be destroyed. I must insist you remove his eye as soon as possible, even if it means you shall be without an eye for any length of time." she continued to plead as respectfully as possible.

Ziven could not help but laugh for a moment - not at Skye but at the thought of how to answer. "That I cannot answer. I must admit that you and I seem to have similar experiences with him. One moment .. he seems to have no sense of humanity and will destroy anything or anyone whom might not please him in that moment. The next .. he is kind and nurturing, willing to educate and assist anyone whom is lost or in need - even if they do not realize this." she said softly, looking to him with a smile.
Tilting her head, a thought crossed her mind. "Though Vice chose to speak to me .. perhaps he is aware of our conversation because you decided to use the eye you took from Gage. Normally Vice and I do not carry a connection through our minds .. this is most unusual." she trailed off, clearly lost in thought, pondering more on what had transpired this evening.

"Don't get me wrong." A voice said from the shadows. "I don't like or care for you..." Soon enough Vice walked out of the shadows, covered in blood and licking a clawed hand. The blood smelled like humans... several humans. "... I just don't want Gage cheating. I like the beauty of death, but when one person can just kill another because of a stupid mistake... it tends to piss me off." Once his claw was cleaned he began to lick his arm. He looked at Ziven for a moment and nodded to her. "Sorry for using you as a messenger, I was eating."
