Judges that have been accepted:

  1. Yhoshua, Reason: I have seen your Rping skills and they are quite decent indeed. I trust you will be a good judge ^^
  2. ~Kee Kee Matsumi~, Reason: Do i really need to state the reason XP? lets put it in Yhoshua's words: ">.< Lenair's reason is all selfless and noble, and well written as well, gah!"
  3. Kaitae, Reason: I was a bit akward in deciding to let you be a judge or not. But you can thank your recent RP with me to push me over the side to let you judge XP. Prepare to face the wrath and trouble of judging X>
  4. wonderlandx13, Reason: Recent Star Test recieving 2 star bonus and Rpier of Oliver X3. its good to see your willing to help judge ^^.

Those are all of those i accepted to be judges this time.

Sorry Komlon but i have yet to get a better impression of your Rping abilities before i can accept you as a judge. The others have been Rping with me for quite a while so i have a good grasp on their judging abilities hopefully. Plus i couldn't see just being an outcast was a good reason to judge :/ . But of course you are still able to take the test.

and as for the judges. We will most likely test Leniar's Rubric as the grading scale. and of course 7.5 and above bonus stars XP.

Oh, just cheking, this is all in -one- post right?
PostPosted: Sun Jul 24, 2005 11:37 am

It can be more than one post. Since, one post could be your introduction, then the next can be the fight.

Peferably.

if you have to break it into 2 sections then you can. but try to make it all-in-one. Easier to grade.

Heh, when I RP I make the text size 10 anyway so . . . I think I could fit it all into one post . . . *Continues to make his posty*

Miki slowly entered the very bland metallic dome, hugging his black violin case to his chest for the little comfort he got when its leather caressed the bare skin of his arms. Unlike other places in Ria this one was scary because of the cold harshness reverberating off the monochrome walls which gave a sense of overwhelming authority that seemed to want to reach out and swallow Miki whole. His catlike eyes followed the curve of the walls from behind strands of his hazel-coloured hair. Tilting his head, Miki wondered if the instructors had made a mistake or something: there was nothing in this dome except for him.

Suddenly he felt a sharp jab on his neck. Startled, Miki dropped his violin case onto the floor, wincing as the crashing sound echoed all around him in the acoustically shaped dome. Shooting a glance at the spot where he had felt the jab, Miki tried to see what it was that touched him. Was he having more visions? He sighed.
What a perfect time to start seeing things that aren't there, he thought gloomily. Another jab on the other side of his neck forced Miki to whirl around . . . and this time he saw a very tiny person zooming away from him.

Blinking in confusion he turned and followed this tiny person in the air with his golden eyes. Miki squinted at it. It was a girl, with wings, holding a knife the size of a thumbtack. Reaching up instinctively to where he thought the last jab was, Miki felt something weird on his neck. Pulling his hand back in front of his face he stared at what had collected on his fingertips.
Blood . . .

"New Student Meekee," an unfamiliar voice boomed, causing Miki to jump in fright despite the mispronunciation of his name, "You may begin now." It told him in a somewhat condescending tone.

Miki narrowed his eyes into a glare.
What do they think I am supposed to do against something so small? He mused. Silently he cursed Michio for talking him into taking this test; he wasn't a fighter, and he had no special powers. Why had he agreed to come here? A p***k on his shoulder-blade brought Miki out of his thoughts and back to the task at hand. It would be very embarrassing indeed if he was the only one to not pass this test, especially since his opponent was something the teachers must have come up with for students- like Miki- who were just starting their training.

So he began to formulate a plan.

Keeping an eye on the tiny girl, Miki waited for her to strike again and as she did so he executed his plan: run as far and fast as he could in the other direction. Gaining a few seconds with the element of surprise, as the tiny girl was confused at his actions, Miki swung around on the heel of his left foot and reassessed the situation.
She's really fast, but small . . . like a fly! Miki thought with a triumphant grin. Maybe I could try crushing her between my palms? Having shaken off her uncertainty, the tiny girl flew toward him. Determined to win now, Miki raised his arms like he was about to be warding off a mosquito.

Sensing danger, the pixie- for that was what the tiny girl was- zigzagged through the air to avoid Miki's ominous hands. Lunging forward, Miki clapped his hands together around the pixie . . . and was rewarded with a stab at his palm. The pain was more intense here (perhaps because there were more nerves?) and Miki yelped, jumping back and staring at the p***k mark on his palm. The pixie stuck her tongue out at Miki and blew it at him. Aggravated now, Miki lunged again only to get stabbed again. And again, and again, until it was no longer a fight but looked much more like he was engaged in some kind of foreign dance.

This is ridiculous, Miki told himself, taking a break from attacking to rub his holey palm ruefully, They're probably all laughing at me. He thought to himself with a sigh. Well, at least he'd proved his point to Michio, Keila, and all the others who doubted him. Where were his powers now? Looking downcast, Miki began to feel sad at leaving this new home although he couldn't exactly say why. It could be that now he was getting friends here and beginning to like the place; or, on the other hand, it could be he had nowhere else to go. Unless it was back to Ayaka's home.

Whatever it was reminded Miki of the bittersweet music in the auditorium.

While the pixie was preparing to take advantage of this hesitation, Miki sub-consciously began humming the tune once again. Entranced, she stopped to listen as the music rebounded off the curving tangents of the plain walls and swelled to orchestral proportions. Sobbing, the pixie dropped her 'knife' and raised her tiny hands to cover her face. This was the moment of truth, the prime moment within which Miki could seize victory . . . but he didn't want to. Ignoring the fact he was playing with her emotions, Miki was also lost inside his music and unable to attack.

Perhaps they could call it a draw?

(OOC: Aaaaaand, I'm done eek That was the longest, and weirdest, post I've done here yet . . . now my head feels like rubber so I'm gonna go lie down)

(OOC Afterthought: And I was uncreative with the terrain because I thought it was a simple arena . . . just to explain that if it makes a difference sweatdrop )
