"no...the baby just kicked too hard" Macy answered, he must have been bruised by now or something as the baby liked to kick, and not soft little kicks either. He watched Zuberai's grin as he felt the baby and talked to the baby within the rounded stomach.
"well, I think the baby has daddy's limitless energy supplies" Macy murmured, thinking about how restless his unborn child had been, Maybe soon he'd be able to bring his child into the world and hold the baby and kiss it and love it. Give it the childhood he'd never had.
"oh aye??" Macy asked, being around the pirates had obviously left him with a few impressions and phrases. "I hope the baby does give Caspian then run around, then he'll know what a pain she's been" he answered, chuckling at Zuberai's suggestion. "another one to join the ranks?? poor Bayne, lets hope he grows a backbone against you by then"

THe pilot grinned, nodding at Macy, "Oh it's true! I'm sure baby will be horribly energetic when he finds his feet! Or hers.." He gave the rounded stomach a fairly firm, if still gentle, rub with one of his hands, "Have you got any names in mind then, Macy-Macy? You must have though of a few by now, eh?" He grinned up, though the strange urge to nuzzle the squirming mass was quite overwhelming.
His attention turned back to the belly, "Oh, if you're anything like your daddy you're going to be running all over the place! And we'll make sure you spend all your energy by the end of the day by digging things up! Or chasing Bayne! Then your mum can have a good night's sleep at last!" He nodded down to the stomach, their current quest to the depths of cook's domain lost amoungst the more pressing issues of children.

"It's a girl, Dr Sho did a .....scan....or something..." Macy answered, his face scrunching up at the memory of tha confounded contraption. It had looked lethal and the gel was most unpleasant against his stomach. Though Nishi did quiet his bickering about the whole thing. Jareth had looked less than amused at the fuss Macy had caused and the stupid bearded doctor had just grinned like a twit.
"I reckon...at the rate the baby is going, by the time I manage a night of undisturbed sleep, i'll never wake up again" Macy muttered, gently placing his own hands over Zuberai. The pirate wasn't that bad, Macy had to admit, today he had managed to win Macy over.
"we're going to call her Estelle" Macy said softly, gazing fondly down at his stomach before smiling quite happily at Zuberai. He did enjoy the boistorous Elf's company. He was so very different from anyone else and yet a little bit like Caspian, in his own special Bayne-punting way.

Daron idly removed dirt and grime from under his fingernails as he enjoyed the pleasant weather. They still needed to sail, but he wasn't feeling as agitated about it anymore. Well, not as agitated as just impatient. The decks were clean, everything seemed pleasant, and that was about it. Life was simple - just the way Daron enjoyed it. He didn't have to handle complications in the first place if they arose - his position on the ship was rather low. Only if it were a completely huge emergency would he along with everyone else be involved.
Daron pursed his parched lips together as he continued his leaning on the railing. "C'mon. We gotta leave someday." He muttered, shifting. He had to admit, he could be childishly impatient at times, but he felt as if it were a very justified thing. Daron didn't think of himself as childish - period. He was a pirate, even if his attitude could be immature quite a bit.
