Shige gave Ryu a quick look that implied something like, "you're really in ANBU...?"

Shige smiled. "That's definately a good reason."
He decided to just do this the quick way. Beneath his headband, his byakugan would activate, though the cloth would cover up the veins well, so no one could tell Shige had it activated. He would be able to see Dakuru's heart rate, muscle movements, and everything else perfectly to know if he was lying or not. ((You can just save the trouble of saying something like heart rate increased, or heart rate stayed the same and muscle movements were calm, and just say lying or truth. lol))
"So then do you have any other business in Konoha other than joining our ranks," He said, still smiling, acting sincerely fond of the newcomers desire to become a Konoha ninja.

Ryu Ookami Ryu smiled at Shige. "So, who are you spying on with your Byakugan?" He said simply. "Oh, and never doubt my place in ANBU, I'm captain for a reason." "Impressive. I barely let the eye increase my chakra usage, it was maybe two percent higher. You really are a captain," Shige said, genuinely smiling. He enjoyed it when people could figure out his tactics, that way he could come up with better ones.

"I ask the same quesiton...your blood is running quite fast through your cranial veins..." Ogami said. "I'm not the Grass Villages perfect shinobi for just a few jutsus." Ogami gloated and he took of his shirt and showed off the Legacy Seal.
