He thinks for a moment. "Well...apart from some fool rhino that attempted to charge me..." he grins. "Sometimes...my sand looks better when it is crushing bones...."

"Gaara you are such a fool." She teased and locked him, nuzzling him, which seemed to be a rare event right now. "Gaara, I may return with some visitors soon..." She said in a soft voice, nothing that seemed worried. "And I want your help to keep them in line when this occurs..." Or course she was talking about the children she would soon be giving birth too.

He chuckles. "Oh my dear, i may be more of a fool that i have believed." he shakes his head, then stops at her last comment. "Keep what in line? Visitors? Who?" he asks almost too quickly. Something in his gut told him that either something wonderful was going to happen..or something very bad.

Akasha had been gone for a couple of days... she hadn't told Gaara for she had left when he had been dead asleep. She had given him a lttle love bite though, just reminding him where he was. Slowly padding towards her 'palace' there were more footsteps behind her.
"Gaara. The visitors are here..." She said with a strange tone. The two cubs tagged at her heels as she ducked inside. "Now, make sure they are happy. I will not see the boys upset...."

He raises an eyebrow and he nearly faints. Cubs. Cubs that looked like him and Akasha. He gets up from his self-proclaimed 'throne' and starts to walks slowly towards them. He was a little wobbly but he would be fine after a while. "Are...those..."
The dark brown cub waddles alongside his brother and mother. The world was a big place so far...

"Yes. And they are to be ours. Meet Freniere and Sabaku no Aito. I told you you could keep one. Aito is yours. I shall raise Freniere to take the throne when he is old enough, he is a prince, and I have adorned him in such." She said with a purr and nuzzled her obviously favored kit. She licked Aito as well so he wouldn't feel left out. "Aito is quite the little blood luster. He will need the purest of blood you can find." Akasha instructed as Freniere insisted on being on his mother's back. She lowered herself and helped him up where he atempted to purr now.
Freniere loved his perch, he could look down on his brother and patehtic father. At least he seemed that way... but how could a cub think such things so early? He knew his destined position and intended to fill it to perfection.

Gaara nods, still in shock. He looks over to Aito. "Hello son..." he says softly. So this one was like his mother in at least one aspect: he needed Blood. "Blood he shall have..." he says silently and looks at his other son, Freniere. He was just as handsome as his mother was beautiful.
Aito wasn't sure what to make of this big male. while it was obvious he was his father, he decides to keep as far away as he could. Sidling closer to his mother, he chuffs and attempts to also climb on her back

Akasha picks Aito into her mouth and sets him in his father's paws. With Freniere still riding on her back she laid down gently, letting her son slide softly from her back. Licking her son cheek then nuzzling Gaara.
Freniere glanced up at his mother with a pleading glance but sighed knowing she was relaxing now. He then decided to pounce on his brother, getting ready he jumped and sprawled on top of them.

Gaara smiles at her and licks her cheek. "I do not know if we have been blessed or cursed..." he laughs and tries to lick Aito, but Freniere lands on top of both him and his paws. "Hello son." he licks him instead.
Aito snarls as he tries to wriggle away from his...father. he didn't really like him much...yet. All he wanted was his brother right now, and as Freniere landed on him and Gaara's paws, he was happy, but still snarling. He then begins to bite at Gaara's paws.

Akasha sighed happily. "We have been both blessed and cursed. They will crave blood, a curse from me, but a blessing as we now have a companion.
Snarling and rastling with his brother Freniere growled and bit at his brother. With the jewelry his mother had given him he made the sweet evil music as well. Jumping off his brother he scampered off and waited with an evil smirk gracing his little face.

Gaara nodded. There was a question he had to ask. "Will he need blood to live?" he asks. He didn't know how many times he would able to hunt now, and he knew that his...spare time..would now be taken up. And to make matters worse, it seemed that he would have to win Aito over...
Aito didn't mind the bites, he just took them. His brother's jewelery was pleasing...soothing to hear. As his brother scampers away, he snarls raspingly. He didn't want to move, but he didn't want his brother away from him. He snarls, growls and stamps his feet on the ground. He wanted his brother, and he wanted him now.

"Once a day will he need blood. Fresh blood at that. If you want to make him strong he needs warm rich blood until he gets older.... Freniere here isn't a vampire yet. I will have to bite him when he gets older... but that is alright..." She said with a purr, watching the boys rough house with each other.
Freniere looked at his brother and sat down as if saying, "I'm not going over there! you come over here or I'm not playing." His movements already showed his early power.
