yeah - Hobo just goes for the most powerful jutsu's - he is also a specialist in creating new jutsu - like the Golem one - its his own creation

this is my pdated OC  he loves using the fire jutsus, but on the whole, he uses magic to do what he wants or just brute force.

oh. and vash. i wont be on tomorrow. and also, fangmiir did develop his own jutsu. the Firestorm Jutsu, as well as the Phoenix Summoning Jutsu. there are more, but i haven't came up with names for them yet.

Man everyone has thrown in some way to powerful people. Whatever happened to the simple normal ones like I have. I mean sure being part of the Uchiha clan is weird but all I can do is Nedical Ninjutsu.

well, either you can stay the way you are, make him more powerful, or have some people lower their power. i'm gonna be a jonine, so that would explain some of his power. is there anything i can do that'd make your OC feel more comfortable being in the RP?
