My all-time favorite Sith is the original. Lord Vader. He is the best sith EVER!!!

Darth Traya aka Kreia. Unlike all Sith, she doesn't have a true hate for the Jedi, but rather for the Force itself. Primarily, she hates the fact that the Force manipulates the lives of all those connected to it and wishes to see it die, and feels that the Jedi Exile is the key to that accomplishment. And in the end, reagrdless which side you choose, she holds no hate for the Exile.

My favourite would have to be Revan, unfortunately due to game mechanics and a very poorly unfinished KoTOR: TSL, his story and his unquestionable true power is never shown or told and using ToR to uncover the remainder of his story while conveying yet another Sith Empire vs Galactic Republic war is going to leave him subject to a hell of a lot more criticism, in the end though I still love what he was. He became a Sith to save the galaxy, either by destroying the Republic and reforming it in a stronger way or by losing the war and in turn leaving the Republic a new found strength and come on who can hate the creator of the ultimate assassin droid? HK-47 = violent, cruel, sadistic, funny, loveable and he even survived 4000 years(yeah I know weird)

I dunno if Greivous was a true Sith or not, but I liked him.
I didn't like Dooku, except for his fighting style.
I REALLY liked Vader, and Palpatine. Not so much Maul or Ventress.

Nickstermin8r I dunno if Greivous was a true Sith or not, but I liked him. I didn't like Dooku, except for his fighting style. I REALLY liked Vader, and Palpatine. Not so much Maul or Ventress. Grievous wasn't a Sith or even a dark jedi but he was sure as hell dark sided enough to be lol

He was just cool.
And, at the risk of sounding like a fanboy, Cad Bane is awesome.
He's from, I hate to say it, but he's from the Clone Wars animated series. I saw my cousin watching it, and I was like, whoah, that dude's sweet.
But the rest of the episode sucked.
That Hutt dude is annoying as firetruck.

I'd totally would say Darth Vader and Darth Maul, they are both kick-a**!

I would have to say Anakin/ Darth Vader....I have only seen the movie and SELECT books but the only books were the movie ones and the prequel and sequel to Revenge of the Sith. So some other siths you guys are talking about I don't really know.
