Kenshin Kiyuraki I have been looking through the website for BFG and I love it. I really like the fact that that you can use Warhammer 40k with it to make campaigns. I am planning to make an Imperial Navy for BFG and a Imperial Guard Army for 40k so I can set up my own little campaign with both BFG and 40k.
But I could use some suggestions on what I should get for a Imperial Fleet. thats exactly what i like...so like you make a world and accually fly to it and can fight on the way there. i wonder if they have a book on the boarding of armies, like saying how much certain ships can hold and the storage of vehicles.... also i think it would be cool it they had a card made so that you can put certain untis into a space craft and if that ship gets destroyed so do the people in it... that would be really sweet

Actually I looked at it and all it said was weapons battery....didn't really help at all

This thread hasn't seen any action in months... So naturally I have come.
Anyways, I've recently gained an interest in Battle Fleet Gothic, but I have no idea if I could get into it now. Does GW still sell the models for it? Have they ever? Or would I have to go on some long search through the realms of eBay to assemble my Necron fleet?

Or would I have to go on some long search through the realms of eBay to assemble my Necron fleet? On the Specialist Games site, click on Online Store. It takes you to GW's online store, where they sell what I assume is all available Specialist Games models. Anything not found there is bound to be on Forge World (who I seem to recall made quite a number of the "special" BFG models).

Woohoo BFG!!!!!!!
I've recently decided to play. Im playing a Ork Brute Ram Ship Fleet. It'll be sweet, like 30-40 ships in 1000pts all tearing the crap out of the enemy.

I'm looking at getting into this game, but I want to try it out with proxies before I spend gobs of money on this stuff... Does anybody knwo what the bases measurements are and how large torpedoes are supposed to be? I haven't even seen torpedoes on sale on teh website, so I'm not sure how anybody is supposed to find these things.
edit: nevermind, I got the measurements myself. ^_^ thanks anyway y'all.

battlefleet gothic is awsome. IT brings the warfare of open space to life. But heres the greatest part of all,........... THE IMPERIAL NAVY. THOSE SHIPS ARE AWSOME IN MY TASTE!!!!!!!

There was a link on the GW website that used to have special rules for turning both Hit-and-run attacks and boarding actions into 40k skirmishes. Can anybody find that thing again?
