Ahote shook himself off before choosing a cool spot in the shade. He'd let the water dry off of him slowly, the wind cooling the droplets that still clung to his fur.
"You've never had fun like this?! I have fun almost every day!"
It really surprised Ahote that the orange stallion had never had so much fun in his life. What had he been doing all this time? This reminded him slightly of Shikoba, who also seemed to have never had a day of fun in his life.

He shook his head at him, and could only make a silly face.
"Really, I haven't. I know, strange, and I am jealous that you do that.." He picked at a flower and chewed on it playfully. "I don't know, I just train a lot.. but I guess there is more out in the Soquili land that I thought." Maybe being as antisocial as he was really wasn't the greatest plan. "Well, either way, it was a lot of fun bud." He shook his mane and smiled.
"I just have to meet more Soquili out there.. have you met a ton yourself?" He looked at him, curious if that's what brought him fun.

Ahote was shocked at Kitsune's lack of fun. In these vast lands, with tons of exploring to do, what was he doing that he didn't have fun?
"Training for what?"
Ahote didn't understand what the stallion could possibly be training for. There were no wars here, were there? It seemed a pretty peaceful place, and personally, he didn't see anything to train for.
"Well, I've met a few. Not a ton, but I enjoy meeting others."
He nodded. He did indeed love to meet others. Every time he went out wandering, he hoped to come upon somebody new to meet, and possibly make friends. He looked over to the west and noticed that the sun was beginning to set. He watched as the colours blended, creating bright pinks, purples, and oranges.
"Look! The sunset looks like you!"
He laughed, watching the beautiful horizon.

"Weeell, I just got some personal reasons, that's all." He sighed and stood up, realizing how late it was getting.
"Yeah, sadly this color change is my que to go little one." He smiled to Ahote again, before collecting himself to trot away. "That was fun ya know, thanks, for hanging out with me." How strange, a new experience for him, and it was positive? Very strange indeed. Though, he took it as a sign that maybe more positive things would come!
"Be safe leaving this area, ya never know what's out there. I'll see ya later buddy." He nodded to him one last time, and trotted off into the sunset that matched his exact color.
