...It had been nearly 3 months since she had found herself at the pagoda....and it turned out to be the complete opposite of what she expected...she began feeling....out of place....idle..This place fails in ceasing to amaze me...even my own room is enchanted and was customized for my needs before I even entered...wonder if my powers will ever get to this kind of level......smiling slightly at this musing...she began packing her things....as soon as she finished she put her bag under the already-made bed and decided to find Shinta-sama...never teleporting before in the place she wasn't sure of how to do it....summoning up her courage she thought of Shinta and his wearabouts...
*a light breeze passed through the room as she disappeared in a puff of dust*

Travis walked into his room and plopped on his bed. He sat up after a minute, feeling cramped. so he teleported to the roof

She looks around at the room, sighing, but it was almost happily as she sat at the end of her bed, dragging out a beaten up old notebook and pencil. She begins to whisper to herself slightly before every now and then writting something down.

*A light gust ruffled the notes that were sprawled all over Sasha's bed...as the two appeared in her room...the smell of lilacs penetrated every corner, and ceiling matched the colors of the growing dusk outside...small shadows danced across the floor *
*Opening her eyes to the scent she realized they were back...she looked up at Shinta..was about to say something...but it ended up coming out as another sneeze that she quickly managed to hide in the hankerchief*
...Unh...thank you for letting me borrow this...I think I'll go change now...
*happily folding up the hankerchief, she placed it on her bed, and trotted off to the bathroom with a bundle of fresh clothing that she took out from underneath the bed*
*....the ruffled notes on her bed...caught Shinta's attention...they were copies of bits, and pieces of manuscripts that she had found in the library...but most were written in another language*

Shinta perched on the edge of the large down-filled mattress while Sasha went to change. He studied the manuscripts with interest, but frowned when he realized they were magic parchments from the library...
The swordsman recalled hearing of a time when, long before Sasha's arrival, a powerful demon had been released in the library by a newcomer studying just such a manuscript...that person had been a magic user on the same level as Sasha...
Frowning harder, Shinta glanced at the closed bathroom door. I worry about her Natsuko-dono...
Reading Shinta's thought, Natsuko nodded. So do I...but she is my sister. We have to trust her...
I do...it's just...if anything ever happened..." He thought back.
Just then the bathroom door slammed open.

*..Coming out of the bathroom feeling refreshed, she wore a loose knit sweater that went down to her knees, and simple blue jeans with a tear on one leg...garments that were distinctly different from her normal traveling attire...her talisman hung around her neck, and shone brightly with the last rays of sunlight that came throught the window*
...I....oh...*she began...she saw that Shinta was looking through the notes that she had left on the bed...she didn't have to use her powers to tell that he was concerned*
...Shinta-sama?...whats wrong?...*she asked looking from him to Natsuko*

Shinta looked down and frowned again. He hated to do anything to crush her spirit, but his concern wouldn't allow him to keep silent. "These manuscripts...are you aware that they can be very dangerous?"

*She looked at him not really understanding...he knew something...something about the pagoda that she didn't...he was around before she appeared at the gates not too long ago...*
*coming over, she got up on the bed next to him, examining the papers...she asked quietly*...Dangerous?...

"Forgive this lowly one for lecturing..." Shinta looked down at his hands. "I don't know anything about craft magic...but things have been known to happen... Not all of the manuscripts in the library contain light magic, and some are binds for powerful evil forces so I am told..."
The swordsman looked up at her with wide caring eyes. "I do not wish to see you hurt Sasha-dono..."

*After the slight feeling of anxiety...and a bit of guilt passed, she gave him a reassuring smile and clasped his hands in hers* "Don't worry Shinta-Sama....I may not know what exaclty lurks among the books in the library...I am really sorry for not telling you"...*she motioned for him to stand aside...as ruffled the notes into a neat pile*
...."but I did know what I was looking for...and I found it...see for yourself!"...
*Getting up, Sasha took off the silvery talisman that had been hanging around her neck, and held it up to her heart, she began singing a melody that her mother used to sing to her...sing it whenever you feel lost she had said once....

*...as the music resonated throughout the room....the object began to give off a cold silvery light, and then it shot up above her head spinning...an image began to form in the light...it was a map....and on it shone a dot that was pinpointed at the top of a figure that looked like a minature pagoda....but it was almost transparent...hidden by the forest that grew around it..*
...Steping over to the bewildered swordsman she said proudly, pointing at the dot: "See...thats where we are now...it's been a while so I'm gonna need this if we are going to go back home...*smiling sheepishly she glanced over at Natsuko..and turned back to Shinta*..."As Onee-san already knows...I have a terrible sense of direction"...."As for the rest of the papers..I copied them from an interesting history book that I had found...while I was in there.."

Awed by the display, Shinta nodded slowly. "Very well then Sasha-dono...this one believes you know what you are doing..."
Catching his bearings, he smiled at her. "Does this mean it is soon time for us to embark on our journey? I know you have been missing your mother, and I think Natsuko would like to see her too."
Behind him, Natsuko nodded and smiled. Besides, the spirit added teasingly, I don't think you have much sense of direction either...wandering all those years...
Shinta looked embarrassed. "Now Natsuko-dono, you know very well that this one's sense of direction is--" The swordsman stopped when she gave him a look telling him to loosen up. He sighed petulantly. "Your sister likes to tease me... Um...and what may this one ask did you find in that history book?"
((Sorry I've been so long! I got a new job at Robinson's May and they have me working lots.))

TOchi opened the door to Takara's room and set her douw on the bed. he sat their beside her, waiting for her to recover.

Takara awoke a short while later, her eyes fluttering open. She looked around and noticed she was in her room at the Pagoda. She slowly sat up and saw Tochi sitting next to her and gave a small smile.
"Hello, thanks for bringing me back."
She slid off the bed and stood on her feet, slightly off balance since she felt like she had been hit by a train.
