Who wants to bet that Juliet and Jack's little secret is that Kate is preggers? I am damn near convinced of this one.

Oh yeah. Having relations with Sawyer at 500x normal sperm count, considering that he already has a kid. Oh yeah.

If that's what Juliet was telling Jack..then Jack would know that she has been sneeking around secretly taking samples of Kate? confused

I don't think she's taken samples yet, but she's planning to. Juliet may have told Jack her "concern" was because pregnant women die, and that because Sawyer has 500x the normal sperm count, even those two getting it on once could easily make her preggers.
