"Mm," she made a noise of soft agreement at his inquiry, leaning her body away enough that he didn't embarrass them both while he was digging through his pockets. Didn't need to give everyone else the wrong idea. Crystal watched him peer at the money like some strange item he'd never seen, before he dumped it on the table and picked her up, carrying her as though she were truly a flower and no lighter.
The girl uttered a startled squeak of surprise, throwing her arms around his neck reflexively. She couldn't help but notice how close they were, and how close they seemed to stay no matter the situation. Had he been anyone else in the world, she would have slapped them for being so indecent and crude; Qadir was different, however, in both that his mannerisms were kind and his words were true. Why...why did he take to her so? She might ask him later, but for now, she was enjoying the sudden sensation of the night air on her skin, and the warmth of the man carrying her.
Crystal couldn't help but giggle a little as she asked the obvious. "Where to? You seem to be the one leading." She buried her face into the crook of his neck and shoulder as she started to laugh, feeling so silly at being carried around. Part of her rather liked it and how much he was taking care of her; it was so different from the life she'd known, and was quite a welcome change at that.

Qadir gave a mumurred humm as he thought about where to take her. "Actually, I think we shall go everywhere and no where at once! I think we should dance," he concluded with a mischevious smile before twirling sharply on the balls of his feet, whirling her about while he held her tight to his chest. There was no way he'd let her fall, so she really had nothing to dear. But how should they dance? Qadir didn't want to let her down, but he thought maybe she'd enjoy the dance more if she got to dance as well.
Either way, he'd continue to hold her until she demanded he let her down. Until he heard otherwise, he was going to continue hold her, waltzing about the sidewalk and twirling whenever he deemed it a valid excuse to make them both feel like they'd gotten off a roller coaster. Eventually he'd dance into the empty streets alight with the glow of the silvery moon; a humming noice could be heard soon, faint and seemingly distant to Crystal's ears before she'd realize it was he who was humming a tune for his own little dance. Well, if she didn't notice it was him humming she'd certainly notice when he'd begin to sing softly under his breath.

"Oh? Is that so--ee!" Crystal cried out in delight as he began to dance and spin with her, oh so playful but holding her dearly like a treasured thing. She threw her head over his shoulder, her curls twining with his own windswept hair as he spun, laughing at the moon and kicking her feet in a dainty way so as to not throw him off balance.
She did, in fact, hear the humming noise. Crystal didn't pay it any mind until her cheek brushed against his and she realized it was coming from him. Her eyes looked upon him with a wide sort of wonder before she pressed her cheek against his once more. It was a strange motion, but after a few bars, she started to pick up the tune. It wasn't one she recognized right away, but she lended her own voice to the song wordlessly, deciding she could participate in the dance this way. She had no intention of being put down just yet.

The way Qadir held her and his complete disreguard for the rest of the world really made them seem like they really were part of their own little world. He wished they could be surrounded in glimmering fire-flies or for tree blossoms to drift down from their lofty heights. But this was real life, and in this real life he was just giddy that he was dancing. He'd not gotten a chance to dance at that ball a while back, though he wasn't even aware Crystal had even gone, but this dance seemed even better than whatever silly little romp in the ballroom could have been.
Qadir spun again and as he spun he'd slowly let her down, holding her close and keeping her hips pressed against his own before letting her toes touch the ground as he wobbled to a stop. Ok, so maybe he'd done a bit too much spinning, if there was such a thing. Truly, the reason he was letting her down was because her soft voice and the touch of her cheek against his made his legs feel weak and jelly like. Even though he'd never drop her, he couldn't help it if she made him go falling overe. He'd make sure she would land atop him, but that's a whole other story entirely.
Moving a hand to her cheek from her lower back he'd turn her face up towards his and kiss her softly once more, another quick and less than gooey kiss. Anyone else watching from the sides would have seen a sweet couple exchanging silent feelings, standing in the middle of the street and being bathed by moonlight.

Crystal held on dearly but not too tightly, sliding the length of her body against his with a quiet thrill up her back. Or that may have been a chill, since part of her dress seemed to be hiked up to her knees. It didn't matter much, being far away in her mind as he leaned down to bestow yet another kiss upon her. One of her hands released his neck, drawing down his cheek in a familiar and adoring fashion, her eyes half closed with a silly smile on her face. Was it bad that she was getting used to the kisses, the touching? Should she be worried that she enjoyed being wrapped up in the arms of a man - a vampire - that she had met mere hours before? If so, she was completely oblivious, caught in one of the happier moments in her life.
"I miss dancing," she commented breathlessly as she gazed upon her partner, smiling at him as one would smile at a person who is dear to their heart, "and dancing so freely. You have a lovely singing voice." She grinned up at him before pulling gently on the wobbley man, intending to take him back onto the street to dance. If he didn't want to, he could simply let her go and she'd dance by herself; she had no shame in it, although she felt more free knowing Qadir was her counterpart.

Qadir's hand slipped from her face to reach for the hand that made his skin feel as though it were catching fire. Kissing the tips of her fingers softly he'd bow, lowering his forehead to the back of her hand as he held it. "Then please. Allow me to be your dance partner," he said with hope laced along his lips. Her tug was more than enough of an answer for him and he eagerly stepped up to the challenge, still grasping her hand gently.
Finding their spot back in the middle of the road he'd slip and arm about her and pull her body tight against his with a push from his hand against her lower back. Her other hand was free to go where it wished, but the one he held he pressed against his chest just above his heart, his own hand covering it so it wouldn't move. "This tempo," Qadir said softly before picking out a few choice steps, carefully guiding her but leaving her ever free to turn the dance into anything she desired.

The girl was beside herself with joy; he was going to dance with her! In the middle of the street at night, no less! Crystal smiled wryly as she was pressed against him once more, finding that she fit quite nicely to the groves of his body. Her free hand lighted on his shoulder, for it was the best source of balance for her; if she thought she could, she'd dance with her hand on his face, but she wasn't that coordinated. Her fingers held captive over his heart curled gently against his hand, enraptured by how much the simple touches conveyed, how much was spoken without being said.
Oh, what a sweet tempo to follow! Her eyes closed momentarily, feeling his heart resonate through her body, her own heart almost in time with his. As his feet moved, so did hers, matching to his steps and movements with precision and skill. She loved to dance, usually only able to do so on her hardwood floors at home; after this night, she doubted she'd ever be able to dance as freely as she was now. Her head tilted, looking up at him with an adoring grin as if to tempt him, hardly conscious that she was doing it at all. The time spent was completely natural...as natural as dancing in the street with a vampire could be. "I'm beginning to think you're a dream, Qadir. I've never had so much fun and enjoyment in a night."

"A dream? That's a shame. I would not want to be just a whisp of a memory to you my dear," he'd reply softly before pulling her against him and kissing that smile that was tempting him too much. A funny night it was, kissing the girl left and right. He didn't even usually kiss girls! Well. Except and the hand or on the cheek, but that was completely different. Arms held her protectively until he finally broke the kiss and ended the dance and pulled back a bit to watch her expressions, curious to see when she was going to start slapping him for over-stepping his place.
With a sigh he lifted one hand to her curls and bushed a few stray locks back into their place before his gaze shifted to the pink light of morning trying to spread its way into the heavens. "Do you know what I wish Crystal?" Qadir would ask before turning back to look at her with a smile on his lips and an answer waiting before she could begin to ask. "I would like nothing more than to pluck the moon and the stars from the sky and weave them through your curls. Perhaps then I would not be so afraid of the light when I saw something so beautiful decorated in the nights jewels." Reaching out he'd take one of her hands and turn in the direction of the shop where their adventure had originally started. "As for now though, I promised a beautiful woman I'd return her daughter before sun came up and a man always honors his promises."
