PeacefulLight Sakura~Kusanagi I think I know what he's referring to.
In the chapter when they first met (I think it's chapter 34 cool , Suigetsu left the room and Karin took off her glasses and started hitting on Sasuke.
And when Suigetsu came back, Karin quickly put back on her glasses and tried to act like nothing happened.
Maybe that's what he meant... .. Ya know, I posted this same exact thought on the 2nd page, but everyone IGNORED it? D: Really? I'm really sorry. I didn't read all of the posts.

But he did say, "A long time ago..." and that scene wasn't that long ago. Ya.. he did say it was long time ago.
and Sakura Kusanagi, your reason is reasonable and i've thought about it before i posted this thread, Because to me, Karin would just stick her finger on her glasses and say either "What!? you know nothing!" If the situation is what Sakura Kusanagi has said.
Suigetsu's tone is quite suspicious too....
But i hope it's the scene in the chapter 348 (?) because i don't want sasuke to go berserk or wierd if what karin did was the drug.

I know I've commented on this thread once already, but you guys, I think you are overly thinking this. I mean, if it was something like that... well honestly. Little kids read and watch this series. And think of the horrors that Cartoon Network would have trying to make that suitable for english speaking eyes. Kishi wouldn't do that. Have Sasuke destroy his bonds to make new ones? It will be nothing intimate. Doesn't Sasuke need to still revive his clan either way? I dont think he'd choose to do it with Karin << I mean, sure. She's on his new team, but I think thats for her ability to locate people, which will be key in finding Itachi-Sama. And Suigetu has mentioned that Karin is devoted to Orochimaru. This will not have left Sasuke's mind. Even if Sasuke did feel that way, I dont think he'd do it with someone distrustful. Sasuke's little soldiers aren't marching anywhere for the time being.

Yes, Tenchan is late.
But whatever. I'm thinking, seeing as Karin blushed, it was something either perverted or embarrassing. Or both. Either way, Sasuke doesn't seem to care about it, so it should be something trivial to him, and Karin was probably quite affected by it.
Naw. SasuKarin ain't gonna happen. No need to get your panties in a bunch all over it. You and I both know that Sasuke has absolutely no interest in her. (Though it makes for some good one-sided crack.)

i am dying to know what happens but i agree with the people who chill about the kariXsasu. this picture proves that karin likes sasuke (duh whee ) but sasuke doesnt like karin :  *OMG, Karin... BACK OFF p.s. originally from the manga book Anyway, personally, i like the SasuXSaku couple so..... if the thing Karin did, by any chance, was perverted, then I'm going to scream. But I think it had something to do with Orochimaru.
