~Skrayper screamed in pain as he felt the cold steel puncture his side. He slowly pulled himself off of the blade, leaving a bright red streak contrasting against the dull grey metal. He staggered back and fell against the wall of the Inn, glaring up where the woman had been.
"Never even got close to her..." he cursed to himself, before slumping down to the ground.~

Krystic quickly appeared by Skrayper's side. Though she shared the essense of his pain, she did not show it. She had trained herself well not to show the pain and weakness she felt inside, thanks to their earlier involvements with Aurrick. Carefully embrasing her lover, she brought him inside, in hopes that someone would be able to help him with his wound, if he could not heal himself.

((My cat is standing on my arm xd Oh good...now she's on that and my knee. That still doesn't help))
Poppy popped out of her trance, just as Jessabell popped out of her grasp. The little cabbit went over to Skrayper and Krystic as they reappeared inside, to see if they were ok.

:: Lyse buries her head into her hands as she watches as Skrayper is wounded by the shard of metal as Krystic quickly goes to his aid ::
"This ... this can't be happening again ... not like this ... too many have been hurt by her"

"Anything I can do to help?"

"Some bandaging....umm...and some water. I...should be able to take care of the rest...up to a point."
She closes her eyes, as she tries to grow the herbs she needs to help clean the wound.

~Skrayper blinked open his eyes for a moment, watching everyone tend to his wound. He attempted to heal himself, but found concentrating on it impossible. He would have to wait for the pain to subside, but he wasn't about to die from the wound. He looked up and smiled at those around him.~

:: Lyse nods and disappears into the kitchen and returns with a bowl of warm water and some rags that could be used as bandages as she sets them down near Krystic ::
"It's the best I could find. Will he be okay?"

Krystic smiled..."He'll be fine. Please hand me the bowl and rags. I cannot see them."
The roots and herbs she was hoping for started growing from her hair, oddly enough. She picked them out with one hand, while she held out her other hand for the items she requested.
When she received them, she set about to mixing the herbs in with the water, before cleaning out Skrayper's wound. It took a bit of feeling to figure out where it was, but when she could feel Skrayper's pain subsiding, she knew she had cleaned it out well enough.

~Skrayper felt the pain subside, and closed his eyes. A soft glow filled the room, and he felt his wound close up and his strength return. The wound had been fairly serious, so he was a bit exhausted once it had completed. He sat up, now angrier than tired.
"I never even got close enough to her to take a swing. I knew of her powers over light and darkness, but we never trained using these other powers."~

"Gem and I had to face the same realization. For all his strength, he couldn't get close to her"

"They might have either been dorment, or she was unwilling to use them."
She set the bowl and rags aside, glad to know that Skrayper was alright.
"Speaking of which, please excuse me a moment. There is something that just came to mind, that I feel Gem needs to know about, sooner than later."
And with that, she disappeared.

~Skrayper watched as Krystic left suddenly, not really thinking much of it. She was a fae like spirit sometimes, given to sudden actions. He loved her all the more for it. He turned over to Lyse with a smile.
"So, when are you going to ask?"~

~Skrayper raised an eyebrow, but decided to leave it be. He certainly had no desire to intrude on anything personal that Lyse might be going through. "Ask me to heal your wings."~
