Jarel merely watches Tank, knowing full well the damage barbed wire can inflict, as he often uses it himself. Jarel goes for a shot to Tank's gut with the chair, followed by a DDT on top of the chair

Down with the Sickness begins to play as Jarel stands and the referee hands him the title belt.
"Here is your winner and the new extreme champion, Jarel Drako Damone!"
Jarel raises the title belt to the cheering crowd and steps out of the ring, then heads up the ramp. throwing the title over his shoulder, he heads backstage
