After the bath she changed into the strange clothes. They were oddly comfortable if extremely shapeless. Hey, she was only going to sleep in these, shape didn't matter. Looking around the room with it's two beds, Khorae sighed. Testing both matresses, she walked to the other room down the hall and peered inside. After a moment, she tested that bed too and finding it much closer to her liking (and also meaning she didn't have to share with the chatterer), she curled up in that one instead, falling asleep instantly.

Eolo went upstairs to read some more now that the dishes were done, and to see how Jack had fared in getting Khorae situated. He did a doubletake when he went to his room and found her curled in his bed.
"Oh no.." He sighed and decided she'd be better off left to sleep but when she woke there needed to be an explanation, oho yes.

Khorae sleeps on for a few hours obliviously, waking near midnight. "Mm...Mmm?" Rolling over, she sits up and blinks around, forgetting where she was and starting before calming herself.

The morning silence was abruptly split by the sound of a piercing beeping noise, followed by a shout of alarm and a still discernable thump. There was some muffled incoherent yelling, a crash, and then silence. A short while later, shower sounds could be heard.
Half an hour later, Jack emerged, looking decidedly less chipper than before. In fact she was rather zombiesh, and seemingly capable only of unintelligible and irritable grunts. She went straight to the fridge and began rummaging.

Eolo had spent the night rather chilly- they needed to buy more blankets now- on the couch downstairs, since Khorae had appropriated his bed and he wasn't sharing a room with Jack either- also a female, so no go.
He woke up when Jack came down and started clattering about in the kitchen. "Urk. Why are you up so early? Work?"

"Mrr... Interview...two hours... must look presentable...need coffee..." SHe mumbled, rummaging through the cabinets to pull out a jar of instant coffee. She scooped a generous amount into a cup, then poured a sizeable amound of sugar and milk on top, and then added the boiling water. Even still she made a quite disgusted face as she forced the vile fluid down her throat.
OOC: And you guys thought she was being annoying before, what's all that caffeine and sugar going to do to her...

An anti-morning person, Khorae was still asleep for another hour before suffling downstairs in the over-sized shirt, rubbing her face sleepily. "Hello?"

Eolo was sitting at the table downing a bowl of oatmeal, and looked up when Khorae came downstairs.
"Morning. Things looking up yet? ... Jack, you'd better get walking if you mean to make your appointment."

"Good morning. And some things seem a little better. Is there anything to eat for breakfast?" The kitchen seemed made of all kinds of odd things and she'd rather not break or get broken by them.

"I'm taking the bus this morning... it'll be by in like... half an hour..." She replied glancing at her watch. "Oh, er... Khorae...if you want I can drop you off at the mall on the way so you can buy some new clothes. I'll give you some money, but don't spend it all on one thing..."

"The mall is a big indoor marketplace, with a lot of vendors.. But Jack, I don't think turning her loose in a mall alone on her first day here is a good idea.."
Eolo began to split english muffins with his stubby thumbs and pop them into the toaster. He found appliances amusing.

"What, you wanna go with her and babysit? The mall will have clothes you can buy, I doubt you want to continue borrowing mine... and I only have so many that will even fit you so much as those do, which is laughable. 'Sides, you might be able to find some work there, pick up applications and such. We can only survive off of what money I have for so long, pretty soon it'll all be gone. You guys are just lucky I'd been planning on buying a car the day I got sucked here." She was talking to them both at once while tidying the kitchen after her stint of activity, which among other things had involved an entire pot of coffee.
OOC: I do not forsee that ending well for her job interview though...
