Tic Tac Toe tries not to chuckle at Zairbe's actions and his look toward Shaylee. She giggles as she shakes her head in amusement before she tosses her mane from one side to other while she watches Shaylee retrieve another two. "Thank you, Shaylee." She beams happily at the flutter before she takes one of the sugarplums in her mouth.
A happy noise escapes her throat as juices dribbles down her chin and she takes her time chewing before she reach down for another sugarplum. "MMMMM.... you grow this?" Tic says with an admiring gleam in her eyes that is aimed toward Shaylee.

Zaribe grinned back at the effervescent flutter knowing that was a horrible joke upon her self, in good game though. Shaylee could definitely be more of a mooch than anyone when she wanted to be.
"Grow them?" she giggled in spite of herself, "Nah I just watch over them. They were here long before that storm blew me into this valley. Hee hee been here ever since, I like it here."
It was actually true, the words the purple flutter agreed with. A little over a year ago she nimbly was pushed directly into the clearing from the storm that passed. Simply a present for everyone it seemed. Rather that was a good present or a bad one, Celendria accepted the sleek little flutter into the herd.
She watched the two of them, her eyes sparkling with pure happiness.
Zaribe munched his own wondering why time was flying so fast since he was with Tic. Why soon the night would fall and she would have to leave he supposed. Not every mare would ever dream of spending the night with a stallion they just met.
So he bit his pride and craned his head over to nuzzle the sunny rainbow he so admired.
"Day is wearing thin my Sunny Rainbow.. suppose we should get cleaned up down at the stream? I'm sure Shaylee is being pestered enough by us being here." he frowned with a certainty yet had a smile in his eyes.
Shaylee perked her eyes first to speak then stopped and nodded, "Umm yep you guys will get super sticky if you stay that way. Not good on the fur at all".

Tic was nibbling on her last sugarplum while hearing Shaylee's comment then she looks at Zaribe when he nuzzled her. She murmurs happily. "I am glad you like it here, Shaylee! You did wonderful job watching over those delicious sugarplums" She beams at the flutter before she looks at Zaribe in disappointed manner. "Yeah.. then we can find a place to sleep for night together." She smiles in hopeful manner as she moves over to give Shaylee a grateful nuzzle. "Thanks, Shaylee.. its very nice meeting you!"
Tic moves back toward Zaribe then she tucks herself under his wing, and looks up at him. "Lets get us clean and find a place to sleep unless you object about me staying with you overnight..?" She looks at him with a slight frown on her face.

His heart pounded hearing Zi's accusing little wing tap upon his shoulder.
Did she say overnight?
Well this was so sudden to the flamboyant stallion that a mare actually trusted him. Literally, his heart was leaping for joy as with the rumbling in his chest. She did! She said she wanted to stay with him. But, where to go? What to do? He mind whirled merrily with so many questions he thought his contemplations to eventually explode.
It was nice having her under his wing, so nice and warm she was, and yet so irresistably bright and comforting.
"Staying with me? Oh that's great Sunny Rainbow. I know the warmest spot too. Like to stand or lie down when you sleep?" he asked with a great amount of happiness, "I'll protect you from all those dangerous creatures that scurry at night. Sides I have a nice wing that's warm and will keep you safe."
He trumpeted in his words. How could he not having a mare finally trust him.
"Off to get a bath then. Stickiness is matting my fur and the sun is setting." he nodded turning to head down to the river, "Oh and Shaylee thanks" he smiled with a wink before walking off with his lady friend under his wing.
Shaylee smiled wryly at Zaribe and nodded her head in long sweeps, "Bye Bye you two have fun" she whinnied with a twinkle in her eye before she paused, "Oh and Zaribe? Don't do anything I wouldn't do kay"?

Tic Tac Toe giggles at Zaribe before she blinks in surprise at Shaylee. Her mouth forms a small 'o' of surprise but she chose not to comment because the stickiness is really bugging her right now. She nods at the male before she nudges him playfully. "Come on, I don't want to spend hours and hours next day unsticking the matted fur from my skin." She crinkles her nose up at the thought of that.
Tic Tac Toe suddenly bursts out from under Zaribe's wing laughing. "Race you!!" She shouts over her shoulder as she runs in the direction of the river.

He grinned at her tossing his head before thundering after.
"Later Shayleeeeeeeeee" he called back still grinning as he followed after Tic. He too was sticky and needed a bath badly.
Shaylee amused chuckled and went to seeing her trees. She loved the fact that stallion was a goofball, annoying yes but he was worth a good chuckle anyway.
Zaribe smelled it long before it hit. How wierd it could be sunny and rainy the next. Trotting up to her he grinned, "Seems the sky don't like us sticky either" he chuckled picking up the pace to pass her a little smelling the lake dead ahead.
What was a little rain water going to matter. Always made Zaribe feel refreshed with the massaging of his deep shoulders.

When the skies opened up and let the rain fall, Tic suddenly stops in her track and tilts her head up toward the beating rain. When she realizes that Zairbe have passed her, she trots once again to catch up with him. "Good.. they can help us getting our coats clean!" She giggles as she dances around Zairbe.
"I smell the water..." The mare says as she nips at Zairbe's rump playfully as she picks her pace up from ground-slapping trot to ground-eating canter, her rainbow mane and tail flew behind her like stream of rainbow sparkling with hidden sunshine.
They arrived at the lake, fooled around (splashing and played games) and bathed. They chatted and found a place to stay for a night.
The end (will make the conclusion more better )
