Getting slashed lightly across the stomach. Looking down she squints one eye and looks at Lash twitching. Rouge kicks him in the knee and then sees Shadow coming towards them. "Oh s**t!" She says wide-eyed and trying to back up.

"a.." Amy managed to mutter. She was caught completely off guard by Shadow's question. "I... I can just sit by and do nothing!" she yelled after him as he sped down the building, though she wasn't sure if her heard her or not. It wasn't untill then that she noticed Rouge attempting to fight the thing. She gazed out the window at the ground way down below her and wondered if she was going to have to jump down, but some steps caught her eye and she ran down them instead. Reaching the bottom, she silently wished that Sonic was here. He'd be able to beat this thing.

Lash doesn't flinch from the kick. He senses something behind him but not in time to react. Shadow bowls right into him and knocks him over onto Rouge, but it didn't end there. Shadows spikes had stuck on to Lash's metal back and Lash's into Shadow. They kept rolling in one large ball of sharp deathness until they hit a wall and stop the momentum. Lash picks himself up with Shadow still on his back. He prize the hedgehog off and flys over to Rouge. The first real damage to Lash was a hard blow. Time to leave. Lash glides up behind her and grabs her arms, holding one of his tails to her throat. "I will return to get you later." He and Rouge disappear without a trace.

Shadow lay on the ground for now, grunting in pain. He had been counting on the Chaos Energy coursing over his body to protect him, and damage It a little more. But he had been wrong on all accounts. This thing....it was horribly powerful. It had taken one of his strongest hits with a shrug. And now he lay there, blood coming from various points on his body from the things claws and spines. Not only that, but he failed to distract the thing from Rouge. Gritting his teeth, he thumps a fist into the ground in front of him, and yells out a obscenity.

High over the skies of Station Square, only moments after the battle had taken place, the whirring engine of the Familiar Plane could be heard overhead. Sonic checked the meters and decided to come down for a landing, using the dock as a landing strip, the bumpy landing proved easy to the well-experianced hedgehog. Hoping out of the plane, he looked around, seeing the mild destruction. "Now what?" He groaned a moment before rushing to the scene, checking for victims, survivors, and what he hoped not to find, the dead. As he jogged a bit, looking for anyone, he saw none. "It's almost like everyone evacuated..." He muttered. He saw drops of blood every which way, and this worried the hedgehog to no end. "Or vaporized." He shuddered at the thought. Looking around, somethign caught his eye. Running over to a smashed car, he bent down and picked up something small, and metal. "Is this some sort of insect?" he asked no one, looking it over. "Eggman?" He chanced, but quickly shook his head. "I've known Eggman to do a lot of things, but he wouldn't ever cause unneccasary harm to anyone. Trouble and destruction, but he never wishes kill or cause physical pain..." He said, before finishing, "Except for me," he added.

Shadow grimaces, having spotted Sonic come down. Pushing himself up, there was no way on Mobius that he would allow Sonic see him valnurable. Managing to pull himself up, he staunches the worst of the bleeding with his own hands as he moves over to where Sonic was talking to himself. Leaning against a wall *Many would say because it looked cooler. To him, it was much easier to stay up that way* he says with a grimace.
"Look who finally decided to show up. Sonic the Hedgehog, just in time for that metal......Thing" He spits out the word thing as if it was the most disgusting thing he had said to date* "To disappear. Off doing your own thing again?" There was a note of contempt coming from him. And as a visual reference, there was tracks of flayed flesh all over his body, probably even a couple of broken quills. Evidence would probably point to the blood being Shadows.
"Not Eggmans that I can tell. This thing had a efficiency that his Rotundness could never achieve. It took Tails and Rouge....somewhere. Amy is back in that building over there...." he motions carelessly towards the building who's front was now torn to shreds thanks to his Chaos Dash.

"Shadow?" Sonic echoed, turning to see his somewhat Hedgehog friend. "What the hell happened here?" He asked, before looking over Shadow's various visible wounds. "..." He didn't say much.

(I know, but I dont want to see a active RP die. You did say there was a chance of her coming back.)
Shadow sneered at Sonic and slowly looks about. "Oh...didn't you know? We decided to have a festival, but someone forgot not to invite the Sadists..." He shakes his head. "There has been reports of mobian abductions. Then this metal monstrosity comes up from the sea, makes Tails Vanish, tears through walls like they are nothing, and generally has a fun time with the place. Oh, and it seems he actually knows how to fight as you can see...." he looks down at himself briefly. With a grimace, he calls upon the Chaos Powers, and the wounds nit back together, though the trauma was still there

Sonic looked grave, but his expression soon lightened. "Ultimate Lifeform, huh, beaten up by a bot." He joked, even though this would cause Shadow to explode most likely, Sonic just dismissed him. "I heard about the abductions, but at least now we have someone around who can give an accurate account on what the hell is doing it." Sonic explained, before looking at Shadow. "You and Amy." He said, Pounding his fist into his hand. This whole time Sonic had been talking, he had been slowly digesting the information. "I gotta find Tails..." He muttered.

Shadow grimaces. It was almost a showing of teeth.
"That was more then just a bot. Belive me, you would have been just as badly off if you had encountered it. Impervious to bullets, immune to physical damage. It was faster then either of us, and could go straight through a solid wall without slowing. The damned thing is made of some new kinda metal. Cant be cut. Anyways, about that.....friend of yours *It looked like he was about to say something else* I could probably track him with the Chaos Emerald. And if that doesnt work, I'm sure the little freak had something in his warehouse that could track where he went." He actually sounded differential now. He wasnt that big on tech, so he didnt know to much about what Tails might have on that subject.

"Hm? Tracking? Yeah! Your right!" Sonic said, as if the idea took flight. "The Plane has itself some nice gadgetry I can use to get to Tails. Good idea Shadow." Sonic complemented, completely ignoring the fact Shadow just spoke of a bot Sonic had once had the pleasure of meeting a type like itself. (Sonic Archie comics. Something with that sorta power mimics E.V.E.)

(Aw, cause I havent read much of the Archie series sadly enough)
Shadow shrugs. "Ya, whatever. Just find him and I'll take us to him. " he grimaces again and looks around. "As much as I wouldn't like to, we should probably take Amy. She was involved. Who knows, the thing may come back for whoever see's it, and I dont want to go on another chase for her."

"I would think she'd just end up where Tails is, right?" Sonic guessed, obviously not a fan of taking Amy along for the ride. Three hedgehogs, one plane, Two hours of flying. He hated to think of what might happen.

Thinking it over, he knew Amy would fight the montracity, and presumably end up like Shadow, without chaos powers. "Iiiiiii....." He began, thinking it over one last time. "....Guess." He said, defeated.

Shadow grins over at Sonic and nods.
"Im sure she will be just overexcited. I dont know how to fly the contraption, So you two will probably end up sharing a seat. Hope you dont mind if I wing ride."
He had heard alot about Sonics Wing-riding. Figured he might give it a try now. And what a better way of getting back at Sonic then forcing Amy upon him. The thought of the flight, with Sonic Squirming with Amy right there made him warm and tingly inside. o.O In a uh....manly, macho way of course.

"Share a seat? Nah, It's a two seater." Sonic admitted. "And Thank Tails for that. Can you imagine? Amy would be squirming all over me." The thought made him all cold and distant inside. "Anyway, I'll fire up the plain, you get Amy." He said, dumping the black hedgehog to get Amy. Sonic didn't even wait around, and immediatly headed for the plane with his signiture speed.
