NOOOOO, i wont!! you can't make me crying *throws game out of window* ninja
Eirwyn i agree, much as i like the graphics on RCT3 i still vastly prefer the first game and it's expansion packs. my pc just will not let them run properly though, i think you need an older system to play the older games sucsessfully sometimes.

What, do you have XP? It has a compatibility thing on it. Just tell it to run the game like it would on Win '98! That's how I played Tropico on my computer. Did fine when I told it that!

people say that the original Rollercoaster Tycoon is just too old to run on newer systems now. i can see how altering the compatibility might work, but i'm not sure if it's worth fiddling with. the disc i have is just the original game, no expansions, and i'm so used to having them that it's a bit pants without rolleyes
i did used to play most of the time on this PC, and yes it is XP, it was 95 on the one i had before! redface
the main problem is you can't save a game, often with RCT it's wise to save occasionally, not incase of crashes, but incase you fail that scenario, then you can go back to where you were and try again. but i just can't load a saved game, it won't have it, it makes that annoying loud DONK noise at me and an access violation error message comes up. so when i can get it to play, i have to complete a park in one sitting, but on some it crashes at exactly the same place each time, usually when i'm about 2 months away from completing one that they give you 4 game years to complete gonk
Paw did give me a link to download the game, that worked and i got to play on my favourite park for a whole afternoon, but when i tried it again recently it said the software wasn't on my PC eek i think someone ate it ninja

Talking about Phantasy Star here made me want to play it again. I have a GBA & I got the Phantasy Star collection for it so I dug it up & tried it for the 1st time. I was amazed. it's a virtually exact port of the original 8-bit Phantasy Star, graphics, gameplay, sound effects, music & all! xd So I'm having a ball with it.

I've discovered online triple triad. whee heart
Was thinking of restarting FF8 to play TT, might still do so as it can get a bit boring waiting for people to play against. Been playing on my Richter file on Castlevania: SotN this afternoon too.
