i would..
run around the world naked with a video camera on my "thing" (note: i dont have a "thing"...its kakashi's...) screaming, " read icha icha or i'll kill you alll!!!!11!!111"
i know.....its not very kakashi-ish...but.....i'm bored!!!
its the only thing i would do...or...i'd tell all the little kids to do that with me!!!!!!!!!!!

I would go on a killing rampage and sloter about 30 villages then go to others demanding that they obey me or the will become like other villages
then i would have then all train to be soldgers create a massave army and eleininate all other villages and capure some nijas to train my massave army to be ninja and then take over the whole contry with my army of ninjas
