Kia blinked and pondered this statement for a moment. Was there really so much power in her that lay dormant? So much that releasing all at once could prove to be disastrous? She had been a child born of two powerful beings, so this could not be too far fetched. However, the idea of having such amazing latent potential made her a bit nervous but far more excited.
Nodding to Kamui gently, she gave her reply.
"I'm ready. Tell me what I must do."

Kamui moved down on the couch even closer to Kia, taking her right hand with his left hand, a small smile comes over his lips as he slowly contemplates her question knowing fully well what she is thinking. The thoughts from her go racing through his brain and he thinks to counter her thoughts. So she is worried about the power she will soon have at her disposal. This thought racing through his head was soon gone leaving the words "I will keep an eye on her progress and train her." Looking deep into her eyes, Kamui takes another sip from his glass.
"I will teach you to control your powers my dear."

"I would appreciate it if you did, Kamui-san. I'm already amazed enough that you would do something like this for a woman who you just met. I'll be forever in your debt."
Kia showed her gratefulness by bowing her head politely before returning his deep gaze. She was very excited now about this ordeal. For the first time she would have a true taste of who she was and what she could do.

Straightening herself up at his comment, she smiles to him and gives a small nod, waiting for him to begin.
"I'm ready when you are, Kamui-san."

A smirk grows over his lips as she says this. Kamui's azure eyes glowing brightly.
"We have already started you will start noticing changes to your body. Think of it as puberty for your powers. Don't worry it will go easier then puberty probably."

"Really?"
And almost before she was able to utter that single word, the changes began inside of her body. Energy churned and swirled within her being, her heartbeat increasing steadily with the slow current of power. A bright flush graced her cheeks as a result of the incredible sensation, her hand reaching out for his out of reflex.
"It's happening...."
Soon, two small black horns became clearly visible as they grew to protrude from her crown. And the tail which she had also kept concealed now sprouted forth just above the curve of her bottom, it;s length snaking it's way down the side of her leg.
The whole ordeal was slightly painful, and it showed clearly in her face as her eyes squeezed shut.

Taking her outstretched hand with his right hand, Kamui watches the agony she is going through. Shaking his head slightly, Kamui's ice blue eyes start to glow again, as his had would start to warm at the touch of it Kamui says in a low whisper.
"Its too early for you to have access to this much power so I will do this."
Pushing my energy into your body I slowly place a power cap to stop the growth of your power but, not in time to have the power you have already started to generate from changing your appearance.

The sudden shift in energy circulation was enough to make Kia feel faint, her disoriented form falling forward into Kamui's arms as she struggled to regain her bearings. She could hear the roar of her blood flowing through her veins as new power pulsated through her slender frame, her body hot to the touch as if a furnace burned inside her core.
"Am...I going to be okay?"

Attempting to catch her as she starts to burn with power, Kamui reflects the heat that is searing through her skin with his extreme amount of control over ice. Catching her in his arms, Kamui instantly starts to cool her but fully knowing that in order for her to change into her full form he would have to let her undergo the large amount of pain that she is going through. Continuing to hold her Kamui says.
"Calm down my dear you will be alright just let it run its course. If you don't feel that you can handle it I will suppress your energy till a later time after I have trained you better."

"O-okay. I trust you."
Kia continued to cling to him as her body cooled down from his efforts, the pain slowly subsiding from her limbs. Expelling such a great deal of energy took it's toll on her body, causing her to pant lightly in an effort to gather more oxygen into her system.
Kia was frightened slightly by the the whole ordeal, wondering just how much had been released inside of her and what it meant.She hoped that things would work out as long as Kamui, one who was far more experienced than she, kept watch.

Continuing to hold Kia, Kamui turns the juice up on his own energy a tiny bit more just to place a cap over her power just enough to make sure she doesn't pass out. Kamui's eyes reflecting his own power use age they start to go silver as he finds himself needing to use a little bit more power.
"I am glad you trust me and to tame the curiosity shooting through your thoughts I have awakened 25% of your power."

"Amazing. Only a quarter of it did this to me...?"
Kia's breathing began to normalize after a few more moments of rest in Kamui's arms. Despite the newly released power coursing through her system, her body was exhausted from the changes which went into effect.
Still a bit shaky but regaining her composure, Kia sat up a bit and gazed into Kamui's eyes, her own reflecting a new shimmer.
"I need something to drink. Please..."

Holding her close to him, Kamui nods his head as he understands her need for fluids it is actually a natural occurrence for the victim of a change in power to be heavily dehydrated but, Kamui didn't want to worry her about her current situation. Calmly turning his waist, shifting his weight, Kamui slowly lays Kia down on the couch's arm then gets up from the couch, and turns to look at her.
"What would you like to drink Kia-chan?"

"Some water would be nice, Kamui-san..."
Kia laid still against the arm of the couch, her breathing shallow and soft as her body began it's recovery. One arm curled weakly against her stomach, the other dangling over the side of the couch cushion.
