I'm gonna guess you did this:
1-copy&paste the picture of your avi in
2- used the text tool to put in "Gaian Agent Bacillus Anthracis"
.....maybe a few more steps, but I can't tell because the background kinda has the whole Jpeg effect....

Yep, pretty much. And I evened out the background a bit, 'cause some was really light, and some was really dark, so it looked mega-messed-up.
