~Many months later. . . ~
Tsuzuki stood on the steps of her home, the black dye in her hair fading so her hair had bright blonde streaks. She sighed as the golden gates of her mansion loomed over her head like an ominous sign of ill luck. "Well, here goes nothing," she mumbled to herself, slinging her bag over her shoulder.
She signaled to the nearest guard who recognised her instantly. It was the same guard that had met her and Kazuki the last time that she was here. He was a young man of twenty-nine and wore the traditional garb of the household. It was a dark red long shirt with black trimming and a golden wolf head on the center. The black pants he wore where loose and were made easy for bending. They were tucked into his shiney black boots. He seemed excited as he opened the gate, "Miss- Commodore Okami! What brings you here?"
Tsuzuki looked up at him with a grim smile, "I still live here, do I not?"
He fumbled as he lead her up to the door, "Yes, Commodore, but I figured that you would be living in the capitol. Your brother has recently gone to see you."
The vision of her burning her brother's back stung in her mind for a moment before she asked, "And why would my brother come looking for his banished sister?"
"You don't know?" The guard asked incrediously.
Tsuzuki was immediately worried as she asked, "Know what?"
"I'm not the one to say," he hessitated.
"Come on, Ichiro, you've known me ever since I was born. You're the perfect person to tell me," she said, even more worried if Ichiro wouldn't tell her.
"It's your parents," he started, "There was this sickness that came through the town just as you left and they," he stoped and looked away, "I'm sorry, Tsuzuki. No one could do anything. None of the shamen or even the Water Tribe healers we brought in from the south."
Tsuzuki stared into space for a moment in disbelief. She wasn't sad or happy; she was completely empty of any emotion which she couldn't understand. They were her parents; she was supposed to be sad. But what had they ever done for her? They banished her from the Fire Nation which started a series of banishments that now hung heavily above her head. "Tsuzuki," Ichiro continued, "You're the head of the household now. Your brother's too young and he's going off to the capitol to study in the great school for firebenders. We need you here."
She stared up at him and shook her head, "I'll take over the household but I won't be staying here often. I need to continue my duties with the Fire Lord as Commodore."
Ichiro bowed and said before leaving her, "I'm here for whatever your needs are, Commodore. Your fleet will be arriving within the day. The captains will be meeting with you to discuss where they should be patroling."
Tsuzuki nodded and went into the home where she quickly found her father's old office. All of the books were still in the shelves and papers were still strewn across the desk. Dust was heavily upon every outside surface. No one had dared to go inside since her father's death.

((Flight of the Conchords is on! Flight of the Conchords is on!! 4laugh ))
Tsuzuki looked around at her father's documents finding several indications of black market activity and frowned. She'd have to promote some of her father's employees to get her hands out of this illegal activity. She'd just own it, not work with it.
She quickly put her father's papers in his desk and left for the small dojo in the mansion. As she went through the hallways, she stared at all of the paintings on the walls of her ancestors. The mansion had been in her family for at least ten generations and would hopefully last throughout the upcoming war.
When she reached the dojo, she calmed herself and then did five major punches into the air, barely releashing any fire as not to burn the walls like she did in Ba Sing Se. She then jumped up and kicked twice before landing on her feet. She turned around on one foot, scraping the other against the stone floor creating flames as she went. When she came back up, she had a grin on her face as she raised her hands in an attack stance.

Tsuzuki spread apart her fingers, cupping her hands around the air in front of her and slowly began to create a whirlwind of fire in front of her. She moved her arms through the air so they danced circles around each other while keeping her muscles tight and precise. She stretched the whirlwind a foot out in front of her before speeding up, increasing the speed of the fire, how far it could reach, and the intensity. She continued to do this until it was fifteen feet in front of her before she sent it spiraling off in the direction of the wall, creating a large, circular burn in the wood.

"Of coarse," Tsuzuki said to herself, rolling her eyes as she saw the burn in the wall. "Oh well," she sighed as she remembered that this was now her wall and not her parents'.
She continued her training without another thought towards the burn and began to incorporate waterbending style into her firebending. She pulled a jet of fire through the air much like a waterbender would pull water by relaxing her wrists and feeling her chi flow through her bending and not her emotions. She wasn't a very angry person which meant that she couldn't fuel her fire with feelings besides happiness and her own hyper self. But the waterbending style created something in her that made her relax for a moment.
She didn't have to concentrate on how powerful her emotions were for once but how her chi flowed through her body like she did when she meditated. Unfortunately, when she stopped, she had a headache and had to stop training.
She went into her old bedroom and lyed down. The room was just as she remembered it. There was a desk under the window where darkred shades were currently drawn. Candles set on the desk which would move up and down as she breathed in her sleep. There was a tapier of her family tree hung on her wall, her family's wolven seal in the background mixed with a Fire Nation emblem. Her mattress was small but comfortable because it hadn't been slept in much. She fell into a dreamless sleep almost instantly.

((I have such a bad headache. I want to die. talk2hand ))
Tsuzuki's eyes fluttered open slowly. Her muscles were sore from training so much yesturday. . . Or was it still today? She rubbed her eyes and yawned, her head still pounding viciously. A glass of water had been left by her bed. As she drank it, she fully felt the dryness of her mouth along with the groggy feeling people usually have after a long nap. She hadn't taken her boots off either which helped this feeling.
As she walked out to the kitchen, she noticed that the sun was setting; she could go back to bed soon. When she got into the kitchen, she filled the now empty glass with water and downed it quickly. Her headache was slowly fading away as she walked back to her room. She decided that she would meditate to try to get the headache to go away faster.
When she sat down on the floor in the meditation possition, she concentrated on moving her chi slowly through her body. In like the air as she breathed through her nose, down through her heart, her stomach, and into her extremidies and then out through her mouth much like firebending breathing excersizes. She felt it flow through her like a wave churning slowly and fully with her body. As the chi worked itself into all of the knooks and cranies, she felt herself slipping into the meditative state.
~
She stood back in the Earth Kingdom only she could feel that something was different. Fire Nation emblems hung everywhere and the people stared at her in fear. It was an odd feeling and she didn't like that they were afraid of her but the power it gave her was comfortable and even fitting. She relaxed on the rhino that she was riding and lead her party throughout the streets confidently. Everyone seemed to reguard her as the leader here which made her feel all the more powerful.
This, unlike most of her 'visions' was a good one for her and she enjoyed it fully. The only thing that was wrong was it was a bad vision for everyone who was originally from the Earth Kingdom. She was there to make sure that the Fire Nation prevailed but to also help the Earth Kingdom people if they needed it. But she couldn't just ignore what that one man from Ba Sing Se had done to her and so, she left them to fend for themselves.
~
Tsuzuki was troubled by her vision yet understood her decisions more than she usually did after she meditated. She crawled back into bed, trying not to dwell on something that, like most of her meditative thoughts, probably wouldn't come true.

After flying over all four nations Coco finally caught Tsuzuki's scent. Seeing her in the distance Yoko steered Coco and landed her just yards away. "Hey Tsu, I think we need to talk. When did the Dai Li let you go?" Yoko said as he approached, he knew she must have been released due to the assasins leaving the earth kingdom and going else where.

The wind around them had seemed to still as the tension in the air grew. Yoko turned and began to walk away. "I guess this is farwell. Good bye Tsu." And with that Yoko climbed aboard Coco and flew off. "I wonder where Milo is? Heh I remember the first time we met was a the Uyz river. I wonder if she still hangs around there?...." Leaving Tsuzuki in the distance Yoko flew off towards the Uyz river.

Musei grunted, climbing the tall wooden mast. Finally reaching the top, he climbed sideways on the netting towards the ties, letting the canvas loose from the bottom and allowing it to flap freely with the light wind. He strained to go higher, rolling the wind-catcher up towards the top, though it was a wee bit difficult. Finally tying them up towards the upper crossbar on the mast, he sighed and crawled back down.
He learned more about boating in a few days than he ever learned about anything else in just about his whole life. "Well, we're here Niima." Musei said with a little less enthusiasm than normal. "It looks kind of beautiful actually, I thought it would be...well...burnt!"

He had no clue how nervous it made poor Niima to watch him. But the poor kid needed something to do at this point. She knew he had to be bored out of his mind. She was enjoying the peace though. Or just too in deep thought.
Her eyes rose as he announced they where there, though she questioned to his lack of excitement. "Everything okay? Would think you could wait to land."

He looked at the ever-approaching landmass as he crawled even farther down the netting. "I don't know, Niima." Musei stated, finally crawling onto the deck. He walked up to the front and looked at the forested shore, studying it slightly. "I thought that it would be exciting, too."
He set his elbows on the railing and closed his eyes. "I suppose just all this time with me and my head has dulled things down a bit, you know?" Whenever he had free time, or when he tried going to sleep, he stayed up into the wee hours of the night merely thinking. It was a restless thinking, popping from idea to idea to idea with reckless abandon. Most of the time they kept slipping into more and more negative thoughts.

Her eyes softened when she heard him. Her down-hearted self must of dragged the poor boy down with her. She waited until she knew he was staying in one spot before she inched over. Her arms wrapped about Musei in a big bear hug and she lifted him up. Giggling she spun him around then toppled over until both where spilled over the deck.
"Bah you think too much for a kid you know that! Cheer up or I'll toss you into the water to swim to shore!" She ruffles his hair until it's a great big mess.

Musei barely gasped out a 'wha' before he was sent sprawling across the deck, the spinning in between only adding to the confusion. He waited until his rolling came to a complete halt, wide grin on his face. He tried moving out of Niima's ruffling hand, but it hit right on target, effectively mussing his hair.
He growled playfully, jumping on top of Niima, pinning her down. "Not if I throw you in first!" He crossed his arms and looked down at Niima with a stern look. "I am not the wet type."

She laughed and allowed him to bring her down and she looked up at him in amusement. As if she had something under her sleeve. "Oh really now?" Inhaling deeply she raised him a bit. With a quick release of her breath she attempted to toss Musei off. Lucky for him she knew that they had touched shore so if anything..he was going to be eating sand!

Musei screamed, flailing through the air madly in an attempt to grab anything. Sailing right past the rail, he began his descent, and a look of dread spread across his face. If anything, he was thinking about how much it might hurt...
With a loud yet muffled smack, he effectively bellyflopped onto the grainy beach, and an even more muffled groan slipped up past the sand. He rolled over, spitting grains of sand out of his mouth when he tasted it's grit.
"That was unfair, lady!" Musei spat, rubbing his face of all the sand. "It's gonna take me forever to get all this out!!!"

Standing she moved to watch the spectacle, elbows resting on the railing. She just smiled down at him..well..like a big sister would after playing a joke.
"Should of been holding on to me. Besides..you said you where not a wet person. Looks to me you are a sandy type though."
She did take a moment to look him over and make sure he wasn't wounded..besides his pride of course. "Look at it this way..you are the first of us two to set ...any part of the body...in the fire nation." And she attempts to keep the straightest face she can as she says this.
