Adelle laughed as the lion's tail tickled her slightly. "You'll be wonderful at protecting the baskets when they arrive." She nodded and smiled at Dao. "It is nice to know that we'll have such a protector." Thinking for a few moments about how the human could have known that she was carrying young lives inside her before even she herself knew. "Perhaps she had been watching me and Shihab from afar?" she questioned aloud as she turned and looked at Shihab giving him a smile.

*Dao looked up at Adelle, before looking back at teh human who was teasing Shihab playfully with a carrot. She tilted her head to one side she shook her head looking back at the mare beside her. Indigo eyes showing a little more brightness in them.*
"Perhaps, who knows with that human. She's very mysterious in some ways. More ways then I can keep track of some days." The lion giggled stretching out on the ground again. "Whatever happened to give her the idea for the baskets is something to wonder, in any case, I would never let anything happen to my companion, you or your children. Bound to Shihab I am, but through him bound to the family." She nodded watching the distance..
*Shihab had snacked the carrot away from his human and was prancing back to appear on the other side of teh teepee, the Carrot hanging out of his mouth by teh green stalk. He didn looked really silly, like a colt in an adult's body. He ducked back behind the Teepee when Sevti looked over his way. When she went around toward him, he pranced around and over toward Adelle and Dao as if attempting to hide behind them. Peeking out from in front of them, back toward the laughing human. before holding the carrot out to Adelle, wondering if she wanted a bite from it.*
*Sevti had offered Shihab a carrot as w treat, and giggled as he pulled it from her hands and pranced back behind the teepee. She watched him the best she could with her single good eye, looking over toward where he was peeking, before sneaking behind the Teepee. To only see him prancing off over toward the mare and lion, who had apparently been conversing with eachother about something... It seemed strange for the lion to be out in teh open, but she felt it was good that Dao was at least seeing someone other then herself. Laughing she shook her head at the stallion.*
"You two have fun, there's more where that came from in the back if you want it." She giggled before stepping into the Teepee and continue on with the weaving, inside she had already crafter another basket, this one was her second.

Adelle listened to Dao until Shihab prancing around caught her attention. She couldn't help but laugh at the way he was acting like such a foal. "Your quite silly Shihab. I hope you know that." She nudged him slightly before taking the whole carrot from Shihab and taking a few steps back. "Youvell haveta cofbme and getbs mebs!" she mumbled with the carrot dangling from her mouth. She couldn't help but snicker as she listened to her try to talk with it in her mouth.
For some reason she felt like having a bit of fun with Shihab. Granted she knew that he could quickly catch up to her but it'd still be fun.

*Shihab blinked as Adelle took the whole thing, but he smiled as she tried to talk with her mouth fun. His ears twitched a little as he pranced after her as if he couldn't catch her, even with all the worry that had consumed both their minds that morning, to foalish play now. It had never accured to him that he still retained such qualities, but it was never a bad thing. Shaking his head a little he pranced after Adelle.*
"Oh I will get you." he chuckled stretching hie neck out a little to n** playfully at her tail. "I'll get you."
*Wings fanning out a little he still remained upon the ground, but it was good to feel a little wind blowing through the slick feathers. His tail whipping behind him like a damp banner, he wasn't quite going to over take her, not yet anyways. It all reminded him of when he played with his sisters back in the day. Back when he was younger, more foolish then ever, but his mind was on here and now and that his bond was carrying their next generation.*

Adelle felt him playfully n** her tails and she couldn't help but take a few steps foward so he couldn't. "Youb wobnt's gebts mebs!" she mumbled still amused with trying to talk with a carrot in her mouth. But with that said she took off at a somewhat quick run and ran for cover behind the teepee accidently bumping it just slightly. She hoped that she didn't disturbed the human inside if she did she would make amends later. For now she was having fun play 'Keep the carrot away.'

*Remaining at a prancing pace, Shihab pulled his head back as she went for cover behind the Teepee. Noticing that she bumped the structure he stopped for a moment before looping around to come about in front of her. He didn't hear any complaints from the inside, it seemed that there wasn't any damage. Coming about the other side, he hoped to take her by a small surprise. Slowling his pace he peeked around the corner before coming completely around.*
"Boo!" he said most playfully, smiling as he reached out to try and take hold of the carrot as well. "Not getting away from me that easily." He chuckled reaching out.

Adelle had hoped that maybe Shihab would have followed her instead of taking his own route. So she hadn't been expecting him to come up in front of her. She reared up slightly in suprise, her wing that was furthest from the teepee stretched out, and she nearly dropped the carrot. Landing and having all four on the ground once more she lost the carrot as it bounced hard when she landed and fell to the ground. "Oops." she said sheepishly as she looked at Shihab. "Sorry."

*Shihab chuckled as he watched Adelle's shocked reaction to him coming around a different way. His own wings opening a little and stepped back as he laughed heartily, stopping forward again once she had landed back on the ground. A hoof accidently stepping on the carrot that had apparently landed where he was going to step. Now that was an oops.*
"Oops." He said himself lifting a hoof to look at the crushed carrot. "Really oops." He laughed shaking his head.
*Stepping forward again he nuzzled against her, still laughing to himself at the mistake they both made, but it wasn't like they were to be scolded for it. It was all for fun of course, reaching over to the basket he pulled out another Carrot by its stalk and held it out to Adelle.*
"Here, so reflace see ol'ne." He said over the mouthful of carrot as he still smiled.

Adelle laughed at Shihab as he tried to talk with the carrot in his mouth. "It isn't easy is it?" She nuzzled him gently before taking a couple of bites from the carrot leaving the rest with Shihab. A yawn suddenly came out of nowhere and she tried to keep it from being noticiable but that didn't happen as her mouth opened wide with the yawn.
"Oh dear. I can't be that tired so soon." She complained a hoof stomping on the ground as if saying it wasn't fair.

*Shihab had to chuckle as she had commented that it wasn't easy to speak with one's mouth full. Well of course it wasn't, but then again, one couldn't help, but be silly doing it. After she had eaten a few bites off teh carrot he finished it off tossing the greens back to the earth where it would fertilize a plant in spring. Stepping closer to Adelle he nuzzled her as her yawn caused him to produce one as well. He felt the heat of a blush wash over his face as he looked up toward the skies, it was barely noon and here he was feeling a bit peckish... But it was still early...*
"Perhaps a small rest, Love?" he asked canting his head to one side a little. "Like the humans mention, a nap?"
*It sounded simple enough, a small sleep to gather ones strengths, if he and Adelle were correct on their thinking. Adelle would need all the rest she could get to keep healthy through her pregnancy, he would make sure that she had everything she wanted. Not wanting anything to happen to her, as he has told himself a many times before this moment.*

Adelle shook her head. She didn't want to take a 'nap'. They were for young foals who were still learning about the world around them. "I don't want to. It's not even that late and I havn't even been up that long." she complained. Though after a few moments more of whining and complaining she finally relented and gave into this 'nap' thing. So off they went for a nice little or long nap.

*Shihab had followed Adelle back toward their home to sleep, it didn't seem long that they were up that first day of her pregnancy... But things were most likely going to come very quickly. What seemed like days would pass and Shihab would get what Adelle needed at times he would leave to seek out answers about something, bue was always there with his bond, never leaving her side. Opening his eyes again to the glaring light that peeked through the branches over head. He had fallen asleep standing up, a strange thing for him to do. His legs tingled from standing all night, and felt ready to let him down. Shaking his head he looked around the tree shelter, making sure that still nothing was about. Looking down he wondered how Adelle was doing, her belly looked as if it were becoming rounder. Showing signs of growing foals inside, it didn't matter if she looked 'fat' that wasn't even a word he would use. Shifting he lowered his head back down as if to fall back to sleep, his tri-colored wings opening a little at his sides, Shihab felt as if he had been sleeping for too long that he had missed a lot of his own life.*

Days went by which all seemed like a blur to her. She hated being doted upon but she knew if she tried to handle things by herself Shihab would be at her side telling her that he could get it for her. So as a result from the quick weight gain and all the eating she's been doing when she wasn't feeling ill she was sleeping. Alot. She wished she wasn't so tired but when ones body is also supporting other life it takes the energy that is normally used for daily life.
Opening her eyes slowly Adelle shook her head and yawned. She smiled as she saw Shihab fast asleep standing up. Stretching out one wing that was closest to Shihab she reached out and touched Shihab's leg with it moving it up and down slightly to try and wake him up out of his sleep. She hated to wake him but she thought that he would be more comfortable laying down then he would be standing up.

*A shiver ran through him as he felt the wing tip traveling along his leg. Blinking a couple of times he looked back toward Adelle and nuzzled her as he shifted his footing a little, in a result of brinding himself to the ground leasing the weight off his legs. It seemed good to not be standing anymore, teh tingling had started to ease as he yawned a little watching Adelle.*
"How you feeling Dearst?" she asked looking at her, making sure that she was alright. "Feeling less squimish today?" He hoped that she wouldn't feel ill all the time, he could imagine that it wasn't any fun, no fun at all.

Adelle nuzzled him gently after he laid down yawning slightly as she did. "I'm feeling fine. Much less squimish then I have been as of late." She gave him a small smile before nuzzling him again. "How are you?" She rested her head against him and closed her eyes waiting to see if he would answer.
