Laurewyn DJ LAZA Thank you (: I've got a billion more that I'm gonna do. They take a long time, though because they're hard to do on MSPaint with a stupid mouse. I wish I had one of those pencil things you hook up to your computer. It would pobably be so much easier. I got a Pirates one done today but I'm too lazy to post right now. It probably wouldn't look as good though. There's something about computer mice, that give all the effect... Wacoms are a little expensive, unless you're willing to cough up the bucks... Really? I didn't know that. Not that I've ever used one... If I had money I'd probably buy one. Do you have one/ever used one?

I didn't know that. Not that I've ever used one... If I had money I'd probably buy one. Do you have one/ever used one? Yes, in fact I do... It's the medium sized one. I use it because I do web design, but the way you do those JD pics is so original. It just wouldn't be the same if you used it with a wacom. Just the fact you did it with the mouse makes it twice as valuable. The effect on those particular abstract-like styles, I find, is more artistic when one uses a mouse. It's difficult to explain, but some of you may get my drift. Artists are a little weird (hence some of JD's and Burton's work...) But I love it. blaugh

You must post them when you're done! Here's the rest of what I've done so far (In order of when I did them. You'll notice that they get better because I'm getting more used to it xd ) : I'm going to do 12 more Depp movies & then 6 non-Depp. And then I'll decide if I want to do the more of his movies/other non-Depp movies.

Here's my latest one: Keep your eyes peeled for Edward and Willy Wonka... (Well, don't really peel your eyes, that's just disgusting. In the mean time y'all can go boil your heads...) Practice and patience lass. Someone I know came up to me one time and complained that she'd been practicing for two whole weeks and couldn't copy my artstyle. I just told her I've been practicing for over a decade, which is true...

Well, of course she wouldn't be able to copy it. Everyone has their own unique style.
Nice pic. Makes me jealous because I've been doing a lot of computer art lately and need to break out the pencils again soon. I don't think I've drawn Johnny in a couple of months now. crying

Your computer art is probably better than what I could do. Don't have such patience... Pencils... I need to start investing in REAL drawing pencils. (At least that's what people tell me.) Lately, I've been using the ones from the 25 cent pencil machines... Not that they don't work, they're just not very professional-looking...

If you're using 25 cent pencils, I'd definitely agree with everyone by saying GO OUT ANG BUY SOME REAL PENCILS! Frig. xd An artist really needs some good quality stuff or it puts a damper on your skills. You could be doing twice as good with the proper supplies, probably.

Heheh... sweatdrop Well, I did find this really sweet on under my couch I used to do the J.M. Barrie one... It's interesting, really. Unusually dark and rough at first, but when you blend, you get this really smooth texture...
