Rajin was finally back in the Earth Kingdom at long last. He missed hsi home terribly and he wondered if Li received his letter in time. Well he would find out soon enough after some training. As Rajin walked through the desert he practiced his bending so that he would be strong enough to defeat the fire bender in the black armor. Rajin lifted walls of stoned in front of him and then set them crashing down like ocean waves to a specific target he chose on the ground.

Every time he had done this he bended the walls taller and thicker. He was testing his limits and as far as he could tell they went pretty far at the beginning of a fight. And was he started to feel a trickle of sweat fall down his face he tried a few other moves instead.

Rajin took a step and fiercely stomped onto the desert soil with his right foot and sent a shock wave in front of him. It stopped at about one-hundred feet and a stalagmite rose from beneath the earth, slightly leaning forward. As he continued to walk he did it again and again. He had to become stronger.

Rajin stopped walking and looked around to see where he was. Yes it was difficult to pin-point your location the desert however this was Rajin's home and he knew the desert very well. He stayed where he was instead of continuing on because he want to stay in one spot and train. He jumped into an iron horse stance and began to breath deeply, focusing his chakra. He was attempting to do what he had only heard of a bender doing through stories. He was attempting to create an elemental familiar.

Rajin stood there for a moment focusing and then he hopped and lifted an enormous block of stone out of the ground. He continued by cutting the block with the basic two step motion. When he stopped cutting he formed a crudely bended golem. And its foundation wasn't very good so if he tried to force it to move with bending its ankles would crumble and eventually the rest of it would as well.

He brought his arms above his head crossing them into an 'X', and then swung them down as he took a step forward toward the crudely built golem and demolished it, turning it into sand and pebbles. He took another breath of the hot desert air and continued walking again. Every stepped he took he would bend the earth bellow his feet deep into the ground so it appeared that he was walking in snow. This would be better for his earth bending training as well as cardiovascular training. He had decided to try to bend a golem another time because his skill was not quiet at that level yet.

After long last Rajin reached an oasis. He wandered in glancing at the huts and sand benders nearby. Rajins expression gave off a "don't mess with me" look. However little did he know he was going to have trouble. He seemed to have forgotten that he was wearing a lieutenant's earth kingdom uniform and wearing it made Rajin appear wealthy. He walked into the local pub and took a seat at the bar. He ordered one of their fruit drinks but before he received it, five men approached him and started to hassle Rajin. Three of them were obviously sand benders and the other two were bandits, one of which was another earth bender. Rajin was able to tell because the man wasn't wearing boots as all earth benders didn't.

Rajin rose from his seat and glared at the five men and demand them to let him be. However they became more persistent and the bandit wear boots hand reached for something in his back pocket while putting his other hand on Rajin's shoulder. Rajin immediately widened his legs, crouched down, and then bended a stalagmite as he rose. The stalagmite truck the man in the chest and had flung him across the pub and landing him in a wall.

After the man was hurled across the room Rajin quickly bended the stalagmite into a log shape and struck three other men with it. The sand bender he didn't hit struck Rajin in the face with his right fist however it didn't faze Rajin. He struck back at him by punching him in the gut and then stomping on the ground with his right foot to have a rock rise out of the floor and send the sand bender through the roof.

The other two sand benders and the bandit had quickly recovered from the attack and attempted another assault on Rajin. One of the sand benders created a cloud of sand to blind him while the other shot stones at Rajin. The bandit was attempting to sneak through the cloud of sand to shank Rajin while he as distracted and wasn't looking. However Rajin wasn't that easy of a target.

As the bandit sneaked through the cloud, Rajin disappeared. The bandit was confused because he swore he had just seen his shadow the the sand. Just then a hand had reach from beneath the bandit and pulled him under and all that was heard before he was sucked down was a short high pitched girly scream. The sand bender that originally manifested the sandy fog dispersed it to see what had happened and when he did Rajin was no where to be seen and his comrade was pulled into the floor. All that was could be seen of him was from his nose and up.

Rajin then rose out of the ground from behind one of the sand benders and grabbed him by his head and slammed him into the wall and the bended the stone wall around him so he couldn't escape. The second sand bender simultaneously shot head sized stones at Rajin while Rajin ran across the wall of the pub. Two of the sand bender's comrades had been rendered useless so he had become worried and scared especially since his third comrade was no where in sight.

Rajin leaped from the wall and landed three feet away from the other bender. When he hit the ground he quickly and forcefully rose head butting the bender in the gut striking the lower section of his rib cage. The other bender had immediately fallen to the ground unconscious because of the strength from the blow. The other earth bender had finally rose from the rubble of a broken table and drew both his steel hammers. He stuck the floor like they were golf clubs bending the earth and shooting them at Rajin from across the room.

All the while the bar keep was cowering under the counter attempting to avoid injury. As the stones hurled toward Rajin he lifted his fists and struck each stone that was thrown his way and watched each one shatter into pieces. The other earth bender's eyes widened and his mouth dropped but continued to attack. He spun around and struck the same spot of earth with both his hammers and lifted a three foot high wall of stalagmites that ran toward Rajin. Rajin simple moved out of the wall's path and then struck back by jumping a foot in the air and when he landed he lifted a large stone out from the floor.

The large stone flew through the air and struck the earth bender in the chest and throwing him into another wall by punching the air in front of him. The enemy earth bender block the attack by guarding his torso with the hammers crossed over him. However when he hit the wall he dropped both of his hammers and staggered to the ground. Rajin acted fast and made an upper cut motion with his left fist and sent a shock wave across the the floor and lifted three sharp edged stalagmites above the ground. Rajin lifted them to the enemy bender's neck and made it so he was unable to move his hands and arms.
