Hey! Well, I'm new here. The name's Gwendy, and I've been drawing since I was 1 and a half. I've done artworks on Dragonball Z (Vegeta & Bulma), Resident Evil, Harvest Moon ( http://hmotaku.net ), Harry Potter (Harry and Hermione) and some others I forgot. I also do some digital photography ( http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=24015661 ) and I hope to become an animator for Toei Animation Studios someday, and maybe even become a full-blown Manga-ka. thank you for the invite obitoes. ;]
The name is hana, 17. Prefered mediums include MS paint, PSP9 and Photoshop. I enjoy mostly didgital dreaing/airburshing, however im am pretty expirienced in other forms of digital artowrk. I practice photography (digital) and i do not have mad skills. pen+paper was my first and ultimately favorite medium.

Hello jello there! My name is dangerousvixen, DV for short. I'm turning 18 on Sept. 17. I love to draw and would like to learn how to do graphics and stuff but I have absolutely no idea on the subject. I can speak spanish(native language)and English. I've taken courses of French, German and Italian ( although I don't speak them fluently I understand them fairly). Currently learning Japanese on my own and for some unexplicable reason I can read and understand Portuguese but I do not speak it nor understand much when I listen to it. confused
Well I think that's all. Hope I can learn to actually do something productive with the computer rather than staring at it. Thanks for the invitation! whee

You can probably understand written Portuguese because it's so similar to Spanish. I think many educated Spanish and Portuguese can understand each other OK through writing. 3nodding They're mutually intelligible when it comes to text.

Hello everyone, and thanks for inviting me to the guild Obito. I'll be sure to tell my friends about it ^_^ ( sorry I accepted so late... I just got my PC working yesterday, and I have not been on in a month :S)
-My name is Andoru
-I am 16 years of age since February 5 this year
-I took 2 Semesters of Latin in school, and I'm self teaching Japanese (tho I have been kind of laid back with it lately since I broke my hand).
-I have Picture it! express software, and paint =/ I don't have much experience with Digital Art, but I really would like to learn ^_^
-hobbies: Writing, Piano, Drawing, Chinese brush painting, Martial Arts, Skateboarding, and Gaming

Obito Lucifer H. Marik Obito I can't imagine colors other than black and white when looking at your works. They are too powerful(the colors) to overcome with the mind. If they were just different hues of gray, then I'd probably be able to or if it was a black and white image of something(not abstract). I can understand where your coming from Ive heard it many times bfefore but I am trying to bring out in people what I have all to much a talent in. That is my ability to sort of use my imagination in just about anything. I use it in a way that is hard to explain but try it this way. Imagine using it as a sort of visual spell check but without letters of sort for that matter and if you think back to what I said before you can understand that basically I try to draw out and expand the imagination of others. Imagination this, imagination that. All you are just saying is basically the same. I get what you are trying to say. Let's not pick at it anymore. I know what he means by Imagining colors. I.e, I read a few Manga of Naruto (B&W) and when I watched the TV show, a lot of the characters had different color hair then I imagined and stuff >.<

I am a manga lover. This applies to pictureless stories too. When I first read Harry Potter, I had a vision of how the characters looked like. And when the movie came out, they looked exactly as how I imagined them. That is due to the good storytelling. To me, Lucifer H. Marik doesn't convey his artwork good enough.

I watched the movie and read the book, but the book had NOTHING to do with the movie. But toward the end they said something about the 'possibility of robots getting smart enough to take over'. It was still a good book tho razz and I've never read Harry potter, tho a lot of my friends really like it. I think I will soon

Oh man I suck so much at Chinese calligraphy. ; 3; Mainly 'cos I'm not so good with Chinese characters. I like Chinese brush painting though. My grandma does that. smile
