Ehh marcus sucks in FE6 (playing that right now on the com) in FE7 hes good but i like seth better

This is hard... I try to keep my pre-promotes out of battles because the others end up pwning a lot more. (Have you guys SEEN Lowen after he's promoted at level 20? The guy's a beast!)
My favorite is Marcus. It's because I somehow ended up getting C support with him and Eliwood in FE 7, and I thought the conversation was so cute so I ended up getting attached to him I guess. And since ice is supposedly the most defensive affinity, that ends up being useful too.
-_- he got royally screwed in FE 6 though, that disappointed me.
As for Seth, he's okay, but I don't like the character quite as much.
I haven't played PoR or RD, so I don't know who Titania is...

titania is ok if shes a gold knight in RD (idk about PoR) but personally i like geofrry better and question is Zelguis the black knight?>>

About the black knight: do you really want me to spoil it? Finish RD.
I found that Seth wasn't bad as a 0/20 Character, but the general rule is they are all really bad in comparison to other units. Actually, marcus has the least use, since you could level Seth in the tower of Valni if you really wanted to, and Titania is freaking awesome in RD, so you might want to use her in POR for the transfer bonus.
I have not played FE6, so I can only go off of Marcus in 7, so I say waste your time elsewhere.

Dragon_Hellfire Oh, and Lloyd_The_White_Wolf, if you actually participated in FE debates or did some research. You might see that Marcus is generally considered the third most useful unit in The Blazing Sword, behind Oswin and Hector. Just because his stats suck doesn't mean anything. If you can't find a use for him, you are probably a bad tactician, and I bet a thousand dollars you haven't S ranked HHM. The only mode in which this matters, because all other modes anyone can beat with whatever team they choose. QF(outdated)T Nice to know I'm not the only guild member who keeps up with tiers or ever does rank runs. Marcus is definitely no longer top three, but he's still high tier on most lists. Then again, Seth and Titania are usually Top Tier on their lists... But my vote still goes to Marcus for his value in S ranking FE7. It's a shame they got rid of ranks in later games...

Titania is the best. I had her at level 20 maxed out stats. Talk about fear. but seth is also a good character even if he can get really weak.

OMG OMGOMG ZELGUIS IS TEH BLACK KNIGHT ZOMG i beat the game and i wasnt all to happy with some of the endings Especially Illyanas and ike's anyways i didnt have my Gold and silver knights during the rebirth chapters i had laguz and my sentinal and my one Halberdier and mia and Reyson

Between the three, Seth was most definitely the best considering how much you need him in the begging as opposed to just being able to push Marcus to the side. Every time I play that game I never use him over another person I would rather level. He just gets unneeded while Seth still has his uses closer to the end.

I never train "Already evolved" characters, so Seth and Marcus are out. I never played with Titania so I can't judge her. Overall, Seth looks the coolest, but both of them suck...to me...

Marcus is still okay for me, but I've only been playing for a couple days, and this IS my first playthrough. He hasn't fallen behind yet.
Seth was pretty good for my playthrough of SS, but my other characters that started out on lower levels certainly surpassed him as the game progressed.
Titania seems good, but it's a trick! She's a great character, and I love her for that, but as a unit, she's pathetic. She stopped being useful about a quarter of the way in.
Out of the three, because I can't say anything about Marcus just yet, I's say Seth is the best for me. At this moment, I have to go with him. xD
[And if I don't my Franz muse will cry like a baby. <3 ]

I keep hearing everyone say "don't use Marcus", but... then now I'm seeing people say that he's useful in HHM?
I never used him in the Normal modes at all.. and I'm too dense for any Hard Modes... I found this out by getting constantly owned in Sacred Stones Hard Mode... ._. I'm a horrible tactician...
Maybe is it because I didn't use Seth enough?
In any case, Marcus still ranks on the highest, because I like his character... even if I don't use him often... because I don't like using Jeigans.

People who say not to use characters like Marcus or Titania have most likely NEVER completed a ranked run of HHM (and he IS great on any mode of the game if you're doing a ranked run), or don't use criteria to "fairly" compare characters (which gives equal kills to prepromotes and non-prepromotes). The people who say the opposite generally don't think much of the other point of view, though.
