The card wouldn't do much when it was ripped in twain, a slight burst of magical energy, but nothing else. Argus, meanwhile, added another whole deck of cards to those charging through the air around him. Among them was a single arcane symbol, the symbol for Destroy. Instead of one card he directed two towards Arian with the intent of putting a hole in his chest.

The two cards would whip around, taking a long path around the arena to join back up with the growing cloud of cards suspended in the air about Argus. From within his self-constructed cage flickers of his smile would reach Arian, "You should learn to stack the deck, boy." A surge of twenty five cards would lash out at Arian, not all at once but in groups of five in rapid succession, like five shotgun blasts to the chest. Furthermore, it seemed as though it were only a precursor to what was in store.
