Houka looked at the general and just smiled, "My name Houka Fuchoin nice to meet ya, I'm looking for someone," he said hearing what the general said, "This won't take long."

The general smiled as he thrust his right hand forwards and then the wall of ice and snow extended in the form of water then shot forward to Houka. "Next time you try to still our Grand Cardinal's name try not to act like your a full blood Fuuchoin. Lord Kazuki does not have any reletives other than Monk Sanzo." he said as the water raced for Houka along with three smaller streams from the rookie benders.

"Uncle Sanzo, that crazy monk is here," he said laughing a bit the thrust his hand forward and stopped the water in mid air, "Come on you got to believe me, yeah I know it is a hard time believing me but I'm telling the truth,"

"Yeah, thats me, I was wondering why no one was here, seemed strange."
Said Shinzou as he began walking after Sanzo
"Thanks for your help" he said appreciatively as he followed, his eyes darting around, trying to take in the surroundings.

Kazuki walked out of the meeting room in a hurry he heard the sound of water being shot around. He then smiled. "Sanzo go look into it. Oh you must be the guy from earlier. So whats your name? I am Kazuki Fuchoin." he said being friendly
Sanzo smirked and ran off in the other directions and then stoped as he saw Houka. He then smiled as he waved his arm upwards and then to the ground. The water turned into vapor and vanished "Ok, thats enough. This guy is with me." Sanzo said smiling "Its been some time....little Houka."

Houka glared at Sanzo for a bit, "Little, I'm 19 man you can't call me little you crazy monk," he said then looked at Kazuki, "So, Hows my little brother Kazuki doing today?,"

Shinzou nodded and bowed respectively to the young man in front of him, he still carried the aura of authority with him.
"My name is Shinzou Kuang sir, nice to meet you officially"

Kazuki smiled but then turned his head as he looked at the older guy that Sanzo was speaking with. "Brother? Yo freak with the ugly hair cut I don't have a brother!" Kazuki yelled
Sanzo quickly steped backwards "Well I think its time for me to go chase some helpless female into a bedroom." he said running off.
"Sanzo! Get back here!" Kazuki yelled after Sanzo. It was too late Sanzo was gone. Kazuki sighed "Whatever. Well Mr. Kuang lets get you a locker and also a uniform." Kazuki said heading for the mens locker room.

Shinzou was slightly confused at the exchage between his new boss and the older male, but decided to ignore it completely, it had nothing to do with him.
He followed after Kazuki with a short "yes sir", still looking everywhere as he walked, he assumed he'd get to know his way around eventually, but still, it all seemed so daunting.

Houka sighed and followed Kazuki, "Hey, I know this is hard for yout o believe but yeah I am your brother," he said calmly, "Look if you will just stop being stubborn then I can have a chance to explain things,"

As they reached the locker room Kazuki spun around and glared. "Look, Mr. WHatever your name is. I have a new reqruitto train and get a uniform so back off." Kazuki said as he reached locker 314 which was next to his 313. "This is your locker. You will have two uniforms in this locker. Military Uniform and training uniform. Get changed and meet me in the sparing dojo, down the hall take the stairs to the fifth floor and then the second room on the right. MilitaryTraining

"Lok my name is Houka Fuchoin, if you don't believe me ask Sanzo," he said giving Kazuki the same glare he gave him, "Honestly to think your actually the same baby brother I used to carry around when you couldn't even walk. Then was taken care of by grandma and grandpa when Mom and Dad died"

Kazuki walked passed Houka then glared at him from the corner of his eyes. "How do you know of my parents dying. What are you a stalker know about my grandparents. Nobody knows about that other then the main people in the military and Sanzo. So speak up." he said as he clotheslined Houka into a wall.

When Houka was slammed ito the wallk he stil looked calm, "Listen Kazuki, I was removed from our family one day becase I decided to quit my training that our parents gave me," he said sadly, "Then I went to Sanzo to relax for some time until he told me about Mom and Dad's death so I had to leave and look for you,"

"Sanzo would have told me, show some prof. Every Fuchoin knows the chant of the great snake. So chant it right now." Kazuki said smirking as he could tell this guy would not know that. Once a Fuuchoin is born they all knew the chant from birth.
