So.. I also believe Puzzles isn't on enough. This guild probably isn't significant enough..! :tear:
I'm sure the genders of the council won't be a problem. The arguments will be good enough to not get a gender bias. xD
Uhm. As for numbers in council.. I think it'd matter on the argument. Hmm... I agree with the gender thing, its stupid. Puzzles is probably veryyy busy with... i think its college... >.> Numbers with council... hmm, not sure how we could differ what arguments would need more people, and which ones would need less.

kaenmikoto AmErIcAnSyKo Puzzles isn't on enough at all anymore.. That being said, her opinion could be swayed simply by the one who presents a better arguement..
And I'm with Choppers in saying that 3 isn't enough. neutral shes been on everyday for a while now. >.> and isnt that the point? its good to have someone who will listen and take into account other peoples arguments. Nooo.. I didn't mean it like that, I meant it more like, "She wasn't there, she wouldn't know" kind of thing..
And if she's been on every day now, I haven't seen one post from her in at least 4 days..

I think we should have levels of council. sumi is top, the judge, then 3 high council members, then 2 more lower council members then 2 more lower then that. So if we get big problems they can be sorted out. And call on anyone we need.

(not exceeding 6-7) odd. that way there arent any ties. 3 (if we make it 5, we will hafta chose two argumentative people. that will be even more difficult to decide on.) But, if there are only three people, the one alone person with a choice, will feel like he other two people are just ganging up on them. Instead with 5 people, you wont feel alone if people are against you, and therefor you wont feel overwhelmed. 3nodding

WAY too complicated. then we would get into status issues, and where the decision is handed off to if a tie is made, etc.

I don't know what country you live in, but we're in wars with OTHER countries, not ourselves. We're one group, like you said. It's not going to be "war within" just because one person doesn't agree, it's when one person goes too far, and in a subject such as someone being banned, I really don't think anyone's going to take things personally. O.o

I personally think three ideas is enough, if it comes from clear-headed people. If there were rash people on the council, then it'd be better for 5. I'm not sure if I'm great at analyzing arguments (when I'm not part of the argument.. I'm much better if I just stood off in a distance and looked at it all over for a few minutes.), but I think I'd be fine just discussing w/ 2 other people.

O.o you dont realize HOW FREAKING LONG it takes for a law to get passed in the united states. with all the checks and balances and the senate and house of representatives and all that, arguing is done NON STOP. if we really wanted to be fair and equal, we would take up choppers idea. which is WAY to complicated.
