Hinata wasn't introduced in the time-skip manga until after the Rescue--Gaara ark. After this ark, we see a small tidbit of her. Other than that, she hasn't even been in the manga. x___x
There's a small clip of her in the opening theme, though. She so cute! She's short. >w<
I saw that little clip of her in the OP. ^^ Her hair is really long, and it's tied back, like Neji's.
....I also noticed (in the OP) that her and Shikamaru were the only two who are looking forward...while the rest of them had their backs turned. Do you think that it was hinting at something? Shikamaru was the main focus of the Team 10 arc.....maybe Hinata will be the focus of the Team 8 arc? Hinata is so Kawaii! i love her! (my myspace prooves that)
The lastest chapter of the manga was so cute! My friend and I kept coloring all the Naruto panels. XD Surely Hinata will show up soon. What the heck is she doing? >_>
And Sakura's awesome. I, like a lot of people, used to hate her because she was whiny. (And I wasn't a huge fan of Sasuke, which didn't make it much better.) But she's one of my favorite characters now! And Naruto is the smex with a capital S. heart Sasuke's new outfit practically screams "LOOK AT ME!!! I'M SEXY!! LOVE ME!" He is trying too hard. rofl
I don't know what Hinata's doing. >< But she and her team need to come out of hiding soon. I mean, with Kurenai and her situation, you think they'd be popping up anytime soon.
xD As for Sasuke...You're hot with or without the shirt. But please, for your safety, cover up that chest! >__>
I'm kinda worried about Sai in Shippuden. Did you see how PALE he was?! For God sake's, Sai. Spend some more time outside. O_O;

I'd like to answer some of your questions, but I don't wanna spoil it for you! Unless you really want me to. rofl
I imagine they probably have come to the point of recording Yamato, or at the very least have a VA lined up. It's hard to find seiyuus that haven't already had a line yet, though. I'll see if I can find anything.

GAH! Episode 4....was crap. >_> Wth, animation team!? Everything was so...choppy. gonk And the art wasn't spectacular either.
Some VA news...Gaara's VA, Liam, is in love with Shippuden. Everytime he hears the opening, he kicks himself in the face. XD ...Or that's what he's telling people in the NarutoFan forums.

I miss filler NaruHina moments...
I wished they showed Kakashi Gaiden and went through Kakashi's past with Obito. Perhaps it will come up some time in Shippuuden?

Yeeeah, Shippuuden is moving kinda slow. XD But I can take it. I love it too much. Actually, I think that once Gaara gets kidnapped, things will pick up a bit. I imagine it's difficult to have so many things going on at once in a series (everyone in Naruto is always doing SOMETHING). You have to keep cutting back and forth. It's not like you're just drawing a segment of what is happening on paper.
