horsey1000 I just read the rules and no you cannot be Gaara and get the Shukaku, here's the rules copied and pasted below- 1. No Trademarked Naruto Characters. Basically you can make up a new name even your own clans, but no already TM characters. The reason is I might use them for NPC's during a quest for you and your characters. Also the problem then of originality is tossed out the window. However if you wanted a character like Hyuuga Neji, you can make a character from the Hyuuga clan, just don't use Neji himself. You just make up a new name for the character and play on. 2. All Character Need To Be Registered. Everyone must be Assigned to a village and be active, to join a village simply post your RPG profile on the village sub-forum Can you be related to neji or some othe naruto character.
