Jacknife was getting sick of this zombie. The zombie had something that Jacknife wanted, so he was going to take it. Jacknife raised a hand towards the zombie and stepped to the side to get a clear view of the beastie.
Two thousant pounds of pure raw force would be ripping on that marble. Something was going to give, either the wires that held it, or the zombie's chest. That marble was going to come to papa.

Packing heat and fruit snacks. Woo. Disa felt the need to pipe up now. "Anyone hear all the dogs barking back near the construction site," since she apparently had been the only one to notice.

AND THE GREATEST MIDBOSS EVER ARRIVED.
An orange 88 Toyota Tercel drove by some big metal zombie and four guys ******** around with it. Cerberus would turn each of it's head towards the window to look.
And they'd see the same thing.
Gamma didn't slow down to gawk, he just sped off down the road and went around a corner.
"Who has the grenades?"

Maybe this place wouldn't be a firefight by the time they got back.

Miles gave a reply of aye and pulled them out. The three weapons fit nicely in his large hands; but despite their seemingly small size they would pack a punch. Of course none of Cerberus knew that.
The thermite weapons would be real useful in the coming battle.

Xallen backed away from the zombie. Adam had its attention. Jacknife and Zen were both assaulting it mercilessly. And he heard a car approaching. It was probably a good thing to keep distance for the moment and wait things out. No need to put himself in a compromising situation. He moved a little bit toward the exit's direction, since that would be the easiest place to go with the marble if the Tercel was going to drive by anyway. In addition, he heard chatter coming from the other side of the building. It'd probably be good to avoid being surrounded.

All this was happening while Aiolos was staying here. He, just like the giant dinosaur robot thing, couldn't do s**t for the most part.
Zombies, cars and fruit snacks, oh my!
That was pretty much the situation right now.... Aiolos did get out of the way of the car though.
He yelled at Adam, who was fighting the zombie, "Need any help?"

Things were getting a little bit crowded and Zen was just about ready to bolt, Zen, like Xallen, proceeded for an exit but not before giving his partner some aid on relieving that zombie of it's marble. With a swift wave of his hand Zen would make the blades already embedded in the beast spin around and chop the mutha ******** up in three places.

And with that, the zombie was beheaded. With it's right arm, it pulled the remaining dagger free as it recoiled from the punch, then tossed the dagger Xallen's way without looking. The left arm shot up to block Adam's attack, knocking it off-course before it could go for the marble.
The marble, which counts as part of it's body--could the telekinetic grip work against someone's bodypart?
Otherwise, the Zombie didn't have anyone to react to, I believe?
