Sheena shook her head and then put it down on her knees. "No... I should have said something.... I tried to say something... But Colette.... I never told you. It's not just you."

"Huh? What about Colette?" Lloyd asked, interested in this small piece of subject. "I never told you but... What about Colette?" He said. "You didn't think...?"

"She liked you Lloyd. I could understand that you didn't see that I did... but for Martel's sake, you must have been blind not to notice her." Sheena's voice was muffled in the fabric of her robes but she was speaking loud and strong enough to hear.

Lloyd sighed and shook his head. "You have to realize who your talking to." He muttered. "I've always thought of her as a little sister, someone I protected." He murmered. "But... I always chose the path that I thought would hurt you the least... Looks like a made the wrong judgement call..."

"No kidding." Sheena said, followed by a laugh. "I don't even really know what to do anymore. I'm not sure if thing would ever be the same. I'm not sure if we'd want them to be.... But I'm glad we're at least acknowledging it.

"Heeeeeeh..." He breathed, trying to laugh. "I'm such a... moron..." He blinked a lot. He couldn't believe he made such a wrong decision. "I can't... let it get to me..." Hemumbled to himself. If he did, he could end up like Mithos. He knew the grave danger in that. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." No matter what realizations, he kept coming back to the fact; He was wrong.

"Yeah... you're not so bright..." Sheena agreed, lifting up her head. "So I guess we'll go up and talk tomorrow, and then we'll go our seperate ways, huh? Maybe it's destiny. I've come to the comclusion that I'm suposed to be alone. I'm the chief of Mizuho, now. And I have to take care of Ichigo..."

"I can't think that now..." Lloyd admitted instantly. "I wasn't sure about it before, because, well, I didn't know, not surprisngly of course, but I didn't know." He said with an odd certianty. "No one is born to be alone. Raine said that once on our journey. As did Regal." (Not in-game. But it seemed very Raine and Regel-esque thing.) Lloyd drifted, not sure how he would continue. Perhaps he should come clean about the needles... Perhaps he shouldn't. He came to a realization. He stood up, and walked five feet away. "Sheena." He said, not sure what he was going to say next. "Do what you know is right. Do what makes you the happiest. I don't deserve you, so it's not my decision in the slightest."

"I can't just think about what makes me happy. If I could do that I wouldn't be chief and I wouldn't be here now. What would make me happy would be to be with you.... but, I have to think of my people... and my son." She said, solemnly. "I'd be thankful if you'd walk me to the inn... I need my rest... we have a big day tomorrow, after all."

Lloyd wasn't good at math, but he knew that the kid was much older then what could make Sheena a biological parent. "Allright. I'll walk you back, but..." He said, offering his hand to help her up. "I... just want you to do what's right. With or without me." He nodded.

Sheena took his hand and let him pull her to her feet. But, suprisingly, once she was standing up she didn't let go of his hand. "I need some time to think Lloyd. It's been so long... and... I just need to think."

"You can have all the time in the world." Lloyd smiled. "It's not in danger anymore, remember?" He smiled. Walking along, he noticed theywere both walking at a slower pace, wishing but not wishing to get to the inn. "Don't worry about me, either. I can come out of anything smelling like poper... poperilli-potpourii?" He mumbled, trying to remember the word.

"You're still the same old Lloyd... and I like that." She said with a smile and a slight blush, turning away slightly. She then quickly struggled to change the subject. "You have a room rented already right?"

"Huh?" He said, raising an eyebrow. "Uh, no, actually." He smiled. "I sleep outside, normally. The stars are really something. I like to count them. But... A human's life time is to short to count them all." He said, eminating wisdom like that of Kratos, his father. "Besides, the bed are a little cramped, for me. I think I'm a little tall for them." He mumbled. He stood over six inches highed then Sheena.

Sheena smiled "You've grown a lot since last time I saw you. On the outside and on the inside too." They were outside of the inn and Sheena turned to face Lloyd, slightly swinging their hands back and forth between them. She looked down at her shoes and blushed. "I guess this is good night, huh?"
