...Yeah I hurt my arm playing with one of my friend's Wii. xD Well, my knee to if you count tripping over the corner of a table in the process. >_>
Oh and I've severely hurt my thumbs playing Katamari Damacy and many N64/Gamecube games... xD
There was once I was playing DDR and my vision went really weird. o_O; I dunno if that counts or not though.
