The crowd responded by booing wildly.

Bam Bam then kicked open the cell door (purely for dramatic effect; it was actually unlocked). Bigelow then walked back over to Hardy.

Bam Bam climbed up so that his hands were on the top of the cell and his feet were resting on the bar that ran along about halfway up the structure.
