Foetus In Fetu
It didn't work for me. Their plot devices were really transparent and frankly I thought they could do better.
I stand by my choice:
Justice’s storyline did what needed to be done.
But what you said does have merit: the days when
Smallville’s plotlines were more than cheap ploys and half-attempts have come and gone, specifically before Season 4—but that’s not to say that Seasons 1, 2, and 3 were entirely gems. They were more like zirconium diamonds: pretty, but fake. They did their job though: kept our attention for the hour (well, forty minutes really; commercials are pure torture sometimes).
Smallville’s popularity seems to have flipped a switch in the minds of the producers/writers, one that, unfortunately, only lets loose their greed in higher quantities: as long as the general appeal for the show remains constant, or sufficient, they (whoever oversees the production of the show) will milk it for all it’s worth. And
don’t tell me no (this is aimed at everyone). Look at the FotWs for proof, or perhaps the constant amnesia that hits the characters, allowing for the painful repeat relationships, “witty” comebacks, and “rivalries”.
Let’s hope that with the next eleven episodes, things will get back on track, and by the end of the season, the story will be finally finished.
On a happier note:
Heroes returns
tonight! HELL YEAH! twisted
