She was ready but was a little slow on the start giving Yua something of a head start though she didn't mind as she was just racing to make time go quicker and make her a little healthier if that was indeed possible.
She pushed her body onwards through all the aching and pain, she just had to remember, the quicker she moved the quicker she would be home though what she would do when she got there... well she hadn't a clue. It would be a new world to her and finding her family could be hard but it would be worth it in the end!

Running when he was already tired made Yua's limbs burn from the excessive force he was putting on them. Tomorrow he'd be dying from a lack of ability to walk for sure. Owowow.
But he kept going, the feeling of the air brushing over his face in a pseudo-wind sort of way, causing him to grin blindly....
and almost run head-first INTO the tree they'd been going for. However, he opened his eyes just in time to SCREEEEEEEEECH to a halt and sit, staring dumbly, at the tree that almost had spelt out his doom. Indeed, if he'd ran into it, it probably would have broken his neck.
Ouch.
".. That was kinda close.."

Tailsin had still been behind him and was slowing down as she ran however she was able to stop in time to watch him nearly hit the tree.
"Well I guess it could have been first into the tree!" She chuckled before collapsing beside him. She needed a good pant before they even thought of going any further.
"You really think we will make it before sunset?" If he didn't she was stopping for the night as she was now exhausted.

Yua chuckled a bit at the statement. "Yeah.. but then I'd probably have busted my head open..." he mused, flopping down onto his side to take a breather. If they kept taking breaks after running, they weren't going to get ANYWHERE.
"I'm not one-hundred percent sure, actually. I could -try- to get you home by sundown. But it may not happen. Then, either way, we're stuck taking a break anyways."
He panted a bit, his muscles YELLING at him for all the running.. but he couldn't -help- it... poor buggers.
Ugh. No more racing.

"Hmmm" She thought about what he said though she still had iages of him running into a tree in her head and she was making it more yucky each time.
"Maybe if when we start moving again we don't rest untill we get there then we might get there in time to sleep the night away and rest then in the morning I can go looking for my family and you can do what ever it is that you will do." She did want to get home though it had dawned on her that she wouldn't be finding her family today that was for sure.

Yua heaved himself back up to his feet at the suggestion of the female, nodding. "I can do that." he agreed. Since that would have most likely been about the case no matter what they did. Tomorrow she'd see her family, today they'd nearly walk themselves to death.
At least Yua would.
He waited until he was sure that she was up and ready to go as well, before Yua was put back into motion.
"However.. no more races, please.. I think that last round nearly killed me..."
Literally..
As long as they didn't go running off into the distance anymore, he'd be able to push down his sore muscles and keep walking. Then again, he was ALWAYS walking.

Tailsin got up, "Don't worry I think my body would fall apart if we did any running now!" She chuckled a little and imagined what her body was going to be like if she did decide to run. It made her chuckle a little more.
"I will be glad when this trip is over and I can just collapse..." She was tiring and the joy of seeing her family wasn't enough to keep her going. It wasn't that Yua was bad company it was just that she was getting tired.

"I would too..." Yua agreed, imagining one of his legs just falling off while running and himself landing on his face...
that would have been fun, now wouldn't it have been?
... Yeah, he didn't think so either.
He listened as Tailsin spoke of collapsing at the end of their trip and laughed in agreement. "I know what you mean." Indeed, he didn't take her statement in any ill humor. Yua was growing tired of walking all day also.. and he did it every day! So it was only expected that sooner or later one of them would just fall into sleep walking.
..
And they wouldn't get ANYWHERE if it were him.

Tailsin smiled and continued to walk, she looked up at the sun briefly. Oh she hoped they would get there soon, she didn't have the energy to walk and talk at the moment so the sooner they got there the better, then everything would be better.
Not far to go. She just had to keep telling herself that.
