xCHAiNxREACTiONx sexi italian i felt realy bad for him when all those ppl died because of the organ donations that didnt come through and the hospital broke out in a illness nd all those ppl died nd he blamed himself That was the best one that had Cox in it yet. I have the ending in my profile. Ya, you actually saw a whole other side of cox.

I have to agree with the hair thing.
He's so cool! I mean, he's....Well, he's so awesomely sarcastic, but at the same time he has a soft spot. He's one of those characters you just want to hug. Well...Try to hug.

man i love this guy, such a great actor he's been through a lot both in scrubs and IRL i hated the episode where all those people died from the organ donations and he almost quit =((

The Dr. Cox narration episode is my fav. It's the one that got me into the show.
Dr Cox Narrarion: Cheryl- Tiffany, no no...Betsy...ooh that's new.
Dr. Cox: Betsy, good morning. Let's make with the chop, chop.
J.D.: You know, you already used Betsy like 6 months ago.
Dr. Cox: I don't care.
Dr. Cox Narrarion: Dammit!
I could NOT stop laughing at that! rofl This isn't exact but it was the "dammit" part that really got me.
