Westonian Grayed In Mory's Ananel-bath-scene, said disrobed man throws his head back, and the water arcs backward in a shoujo-esque sheen of tiny, sparkling pieces of light...
*SLOW MOTION BUBBLES!* d ;_; It's not my fault I see in shoujovision. Besides, Mr. Ananel's hair is much too short for that sort of a hair-flip move. What would happen here is that he would---wait, why am I still thinking about this? Ruevian I swear to god, you're all a bunch of horn dogs. Any comments BESIDES that of Ananel's staff? Well, I didn't go there with that line, but now that Danti mentions it...no, the rest of the line still doesn't make any sense, innuendo-wise. That's why it took a Danti to go there. My brain is broke and it's HER FAULT. scream xd

Access to a fresh water source (or at least, one clean enough to be bathing in) is probably kinda limited. Or at least limited enough that you don't want to be wasting it on bathing. And I'm proud, 'cause that's one of those 'ya-had-ta-have-been-thar jokes', and I was THERE, and I REMEMBER, and it's FUNNY. ... Ooh, fun with character interactions! biggrin Between this chapter and the last, you've got the whole semi-awkward Mory-Rue dynamic down, and Alliance and Blue were definitely the highlight of today's episode. They've got that whole witty banter thing going on, it's great.

Gendou Chapter four is up. Still moving slowly, but we're getting to the good part soon, I hope. Bwahahaha. I'm stalking people. Like I do NOW.... ... I like it. I like it a lot. Mory as a princess, eh? I suppose this means Usagi will have to have at least a cameo appearance. I think that this is some of your best dialogue yet; it's very smooth, very natural. And the character interactions? Brilliant.
There is one downside, however: I'm not going to be around for the next two weeks, so I'm going to be left in suspense over the course of my vacation. Bloody hell.

Part of it is plot necessity, part of it is just a general feel for what people match which roles and part of it whether or not I think the person in question would like the role.

The best thing, I think, is that every character has importance. There are no filler characters created soley to make the mains look better. Character credibility = LOVE.

Her tribe's culture will come into focus more when she interacts with the others eventually - and when her tribe sends someone to bring her back. Might we have another runaway princess?
