Eternal Witness.. Here here on that one... Okay, my mistake on the affinity. I've only been to one FNM after all. So all it killed was Ravager-affinity. That's good enough for me. I could never get my hands on one, so I always hated anything to do with them...

Phoenix_Soul You'd be surprised, Naito. I rarely win against my friends, yet I made third place in my first and only FNM. And it wasn't luck, either. The best way to do it is to look online to see what the hot decks are, and build something completely rogue. At the time I went, there was Ravager-affinity, Anti-affinity, Astral Slide, and not much else. I took a modified blue Darksteel precon, with two each of the fire/ice and light/shadow swords, and a lot of little creatures... The Skullclamps helped, but unfortunately they're banned now. Wait, come to think of it, Skullclamp's banning killed a large number of combos in type 2, so... It's a small loss I guess. Maybe but without playing against him I'm out of the loop on the newest techniques. The guys I run into at FNM are friendly & all but they're busy trading & drafting before matches. sweatdrop Oh BTW went to Game Stop to put some more money down on Star Fox Armada. Ugh the date's been pushed back to Febuary now. gonk Ah well got River City Ransom there & at Walmart, The Punisher as birthday presents from me to me. Was thinking about getting an adult movie for some odd reason but changed my mind. Lemme see stuff blow up & people beat up today on this crappy day! ^_^

Look at how many years it took for Conker's first game to come out. What started out as a silly squirrel in that made a cameo in Diddy Kong racing game became a came with talking poo... >.< Speaking of Diddy Kong Racing..Timber the Tiger was cute! Plus he was a damn good driver. Heh had to say that. sweatdrop

Odd choices. Never did finish the game before trading it in(I liked it but no one else did...what good is a kart game without multiplaying?). I was up to the race with Wizpig though & I did unlock Drumstick. That chicken was fast as Hell! But I liked the all aroundness of Timber so I only used Drumstick to show off to my nephew who had the game but never figured out how to unlock 'em. blaugh

Yeah I'm sure I couldn've done it. Just didn't have the will to keep trying with Mario Kart 64 & all. You know you can reserve Nintendo DS already? But no price is announced so I haven't done so. Right now I only want it for Mario Kart DS & depending on the features, Animal Crossing DS.

*sighs* Anyway.. I don't think I'll be getting the DS.. I just got an SP last year.. It's too early to get another handheld. Besides, I have two systems to save up for.

I don't blame ya, I'll probably wait til after the first or 2nd price drop myself. Hopefully enough units will be out there for chance wireless encounters for gaming & texting. I haven'r paid much attention to PSP Yumi so I can't really call if it's better than DS or not. I just know which one will have Mario Kart. =P
