May I push hitting someone with my car to a crit attack?

I'm going to say no, unless you did something incredibly spectacular to pull it off.

And those are insta-kill rounds?
*Hand to head.* Who allowed insta-kill rounds in here? Might I pass the buck on this one to another judge?

I didn't say they would kill him. I said thats what the bullet was designed to do. As opposed to many police firearms which are meant to subdue. I was simply emphasizing the force behind your average bolt action round. I wasn't claiming this was a raging bull equivalent or anything.
I stated at the renewal of the fight that I was fine with his character surviving if he was attached enough to it that he wanted to use it in another event.

Police firearms are NOT meant to subdue. Police don't unload into a guy because they think he needs to calm down.
A lead slug will ******** people up whether a cop is behind it or not.

We meerly wanted a ruling on some one with out a marble dodging a shot fire by some one with a marble. The person dodging the shot used superhuman reflexes, that are taxing in the extreme when he is at his best. The person firing the shoot had time to aim. We just find it kind of hard to believe that some one basically in the middle of magic withdrawal is able to perform to the best of his abilities in harsh conditions against some one who actually has his marbles together.

You shot at him before he even posted in the thread. You can't shoot at someone who isn't there yet.
Since he wasn't in the thread at the time that shot was fired, he doesn't even need to dodge it.
It misses.
Wait until someone posts in the thread to target them with an attack next time.

Fair enough.
In that case I shall cite the fact that he has no marble and is suffering from massive bloodloss in all further disputes.

I have no idea if this is judge worthy or not, but I'm over in Gaia towns, breaking into the homes in search of marbles. It's an untouched area so I figure it might have something.

You won't find any marbles just lying around...well, at least not the special ones. So feel free to go looting, but unless a GM is there you should know OOCly you're not getting a marble.

I'm not responding to anyone who asks me to force a crit roll before their opponent responds to them.
If you feel he dodges it unfairly, you can come back here.
Edit: Dodges or avoids mortal damage unfairly. Whichever.
