Keru put a hand to her brow- she didn't understand a thing Hitori was saying. Shaking her head, she heard Jasper say her name. Glancing up, she gave him a fake smile, cocking her head to Hitori. "Jasper, this is Hitori-san. A host in training, just as yourself by tomorrow." The sting of her own words made her pause, biting her lip deeply.

"Eh? No, I'm a host now." A light exclamation said by Hitori to correct the crazy girl.

"Hitori-san," Jasper repeated the name, smiling, "It's nice to meet you." He noticed what looked like a struggle to say coherent sentences by Keru, and his smile faded slowly. "Yeah, tomorrow..." he whispered, bowing his head and gazing up through his eyelashes at her, "We'll always see each other at school, though, onee-san. You'll visit me in the music room, too, right?"
--
"We're deeply grateful for taking in Jasper in such ways." Daniel thanked, nodding. "If there's anything you need, feel free to ask." Kathleen smiled as her husband said these things.

[Gah. Sorry. Dx]
"Oh, I didn't know." Keru she nervously to Hitori, "Congratulations, Hitori-san." She hesitated as Jasper said what he did. She registered his words slowly, thoroughly. "Yeah, Jasper... I'll come see you all the time." she sighed. "I'm not sure if I'll be able to designate you much, though. You'll be swarmed with other customers." she tried to lighten the mood a bit for him.

"Oh no, I should be saying that to you. I am after all taking something away. Its only fair for me to be there for your family. I'll have a medical kit of our newest medicines sent by next week." Kyouya had a way with talking to parents like this. Just smile and nod as they always said. But it was strange to have the two young people of the house gone from the table. He looked to the side toward the way to the opposite room. Was something wrong...?
"Do you think perhaps somethings come up? I wouldn't want them to miss dinner."

Jasper smiled at Keru. Before saying anything more, he remembered that half of his family and Kyouya were still sitting at the kitchen table. "Hitori-san, why don't you join us for dinner?" He glanced, befuddled, at Keru's sudden nervous laughter.
---
"Ah, they'll be back." Daniel chuckled, "Something always seems to come up between those two just before we eat, but they always come back."

"Heh. You can always skip classes too. Wait, whats going on?" Hitori blinked and stood up straight, his hands on the wall. Blinking at the invitation he looked at Keru. "Your brother is so much nicer than you. You broke my heart." He put his clenched hand to his chest and stared at Neru for a few more seconds before smiling at her brother.
"I'd be delighted~!" Yes, forget completely that Hitori said he was on a diet... He went after Jasper, silently putting on a more presentable personality. If he narrowed his eyes he'd look more like a bishonen than a pretty boy- and so he did, his voice becoming calm and soft.

"Shame on you, Keru." Jasper laughed, following Hitori with his eyes. "Kyouya-san and our family might be waiting on us. Let's not be so rude as to keep them from eating, shall we?" he smiled at Hitori, taking a step in the dining room's direction.

"I don't need to be hearing that from you." Keru muttered to herself, following sheepishly behind the pair. Atleast now Jasper had a friend who was alos a host. Maybe this won't be as hard for him as first thought. She still had the familiar sensation in her chest- the same one she felt for weeks when her parents passed. She continuously told herself that they'd do things at school, and surely Kyouya would let him out of the house every now and again. Yet, she was still extremely nervous about Jasper leaving.

Hitori followed Jasper into the diningroom but as he entered he stopped and bowed, letting a few strands of hair fall over his shoulders and face. Upon standing straight again he smiled softly, tucking the fallen hair behind his ear.
"Sorry for interrupting. But I've come to take Ohtori-kun away." It was strange that Hitori would say that out of nowhere. His voice seemed a little different as well, perhaps matching his fathers a bit more. Of course, he was around that dark castle for a good portion of his childhood. Putting his hand to he chest he smiled politely. What was even strangers was how good he looked with this personality. Perhaps he was good at mimicking people...

Kyouya could hear footsteps approaching the dining room. It also sounded like an extra set of footsteps. He barely turned to see who had entered, assuming it was Hitori with both Jasper and Keru.
"I thank you for having me over for dinner. It's a pleasure to be here," he said, smiling as normal. His smile was never genuine, but it was perfected to be as close to the real thing. Everything around his own family was so fake, it seemed to help pull off the act as always infront of his father and brothers. And it always worked at school. Very few people could read his true feelings.

"No, please, it was our pleasure." Daniel smiled. "We'll send Jasper over tomorrow." Jasper nodded, smiling.
[Bah, I have to go for the night. Keru, too. 3 Goodnight, everyone.]

Hitori closed his eyes for a moment. "Ohtori-sempai. Come on. This is something important." He seemed a bit rushed, his facade fading a bit. Going over to Kyouya he took up his hand, tugging him away. "Come on. Come on." It was amazing that he could actually pull Kyouya away from something as important as business... but then, that was the whole idea of it wasn't it...? Before pulling Kyouya out of the diningroom he smiled and waved at Keru's family.

Kyouya looked at Hitori. He lowered his voice, sending what looked like a glare at him. "It is rude to leave when one is invited without excusing themselves," he said, pulling his arm free from Hitori.
Turning, Kyouya bowed low. "Thank you for dinner. I'm sorry I am unable to stay, but I do have to return to some of my duties at the company," he said, smiling. "I shall see you tomorrow at school, Keru-san, Jasper-san," he nodded. On his heel, Kyouya turned and walked out, passing Hitori.

Hitori's eyes widened. What was that? Following after Kyouya he took hold of his blazer sleeve, just outside the house upon the porche that made Hitori feel reminiscent of home. Upon realising his actions he pulled his hand away. Kyouya never acted like that towards him. Since the first time they met and Kyouya decided to make him a host. Standing straight he let his hands fall to his sides, looking away.
"Ohtori-sempai. Does that really mean you're leaving...?" He asked, his voice cracking. Suoh-sempai, Hunni-chan... Harui-chan too. Looking up for a moment he watched Kyouya's figure, Kyouya's back turned on him.
"You left the host club saying you were going to do business. Now you're saying that! You're the one who had me join in the first place...!" Was it really...? Perhaps his mind was blowing thigns way out of proportion.
