Broken Down Emo if u cant dress emo or listen to emo music can u still be emo? my fosters dont allow music in there home...(even classical...but i wouldnt listen to it....just making a point bout that) and i cant afford much of the cloth. my outffit consists of old ripped jeans or cargos....and a tee or if it is cold a gray shool swet shirt (sory about my speling! i try) you don't have to dress a certain way to be emo. heck, i'm half black and have a fro and i'm the biggest emo in the city. (or so i've heard) anyways, you can't be emo without the music. EMO IS ABOUT THE MUSIC.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH CLASSICAL MUSIC? SCHUBERT IS DA BOMB!! Thats not my point though. Emo is not a way of life (even though people think it is) Its more like music and what you say sometimes.
