I just saw "Parting of the Ways" last night. First time. It's basically the first time I have really, actually seen the Doctor regenerate. And known that that was the last time I'd see him in any episode I hadn't seen before (well, except for a couple at the beginning of the series I never got around to watching). I never expected I'd feel sad. I mean, no one actually died...
So this morning I just couldn't stand the thought of having a banana for breakfast, 'cos, as this thread mentions, he had that thing for bananas. And, I dunno, it'd just be sad. sweatdrop
Oh, hey! *hugs Claude* Just fantastic to see you! *cheesy grin* So to speak.

((@Lullabee: xd xd that was funny comment! And yeah, I saw Parting for the first time a few days ago..I started crying and my little sister got sad too, she's just now becoming a fan of Nine))
eek *clings to Claude and Doctor* Erm, Claude....yeah. A little help here? David's getting licked. At least someone's not glomping you...I can hold them off for a little bit, but fangirls can get pretty scary sometimes.... *pulls oraorchid off David; pulls doomydaygloom off the TARDIS' controls* *Claude grabs the Doctor's shoulder; both become invisible; sounds of movement* Thank you! Get him safe, and then come back for me; I'll probably need it.. *grabs Freaj* You do not pounce on David. stare Although I may forgive you as you haven't licked him thus far. confused *starts shooing aforementioned glompers out of the TARDIS* Waiit...wasn't there another person here besides those three???

Oh, hey! *hugs Claude* Just fantastic to see you! *cheesy grin* So to speak. I saw the Doctor Who movie back in 1996, so I have seen the Doctor regenerate before, but it wasn't sad to me until I saw "Planet of the Spiders" this year (I haven't seen "Parting of the Ways"...dang!!), and I cried watching it. I didn't expect to feel quite like that, either. The next day, I was surprised at what had happened the night before. Besides that, though, the story was really cool.

Don't worry about them licking David! He can just lick back!
What that would accomplish, I'm not sure...
