She gave a small shrug and tilted her head to the side, a small piece of pink hair falling across the bridge of her nose. "I'm sure a few would disagree with that."
Zhenga grinned and nudged his neck with her nose lightly. "Sorta? What do you mean by sorta?" Sorta meant that it was nice, but not to what one would fully expect. At least to her. The mare wasn't all about her looks, or how she looked to others. But then again she wasn't a complete slob and didn't take care of herself.

The blush refused to go away. "Sorta pretty...." he mumbled, "I didn say nothing.." he reverted to the speech of his foalhood, when he was learning proper grammer from his mother. In truth he was trying to think fiercely. There were feelings creeping up his chest and mind, turning his face hot and his head clammy with weird thoughts of mares and foals and herds. Maybe that raccoon was really getting to him always saying the days were getting old and passing and the need for a companion....oh.....
Fenrir shook his head and nuzzled her quietly.

Her ears twitched lightly as he spoke. Pretty? She had heard these words used before from stallions she had met previously. So it really wasn't anything new to her. A small giggle escaped from her mouth. "Sorta pretty?" The tip of her tail flicked against his side lightly as she watched him for a moment.
The blush that he had was fairly visible from her stand point. It seemed to stand out against his coloring. "I could of sworn you had said something. Unless my ears deceive me." As he nuzzled her, she could feel her own cheeks getting hotter, but probably not as fiercely as him.

He grumbled lightly. It was getting hot, and warm and all too comfortable and at the same time she was making him feel uncomfortable in various ways. How aggravating. He wasn't even aware of what he wanted exactly. It didn't help that she seemed to be teasing him.
Fenrir suddenly grinned, "No......not that pretty. Your mane is dripping and your wings are all fluffed up," he teased back and nipped against her neck, rolling against her at the same time.

Zhenga's eyebrows furrowed as he spoke. The tip of her tail lashed back and forth as she puffed out her cheeks. "Gee. Thanks." Even if it was teasing, it still kind of hit on a sore spot. "At least I don't smell like a wet dog." She lifted her wing up slightly to cover her nose to indicate she was talking about him, also to hide a small grin. Though it was hard to hide the laughter in her eyes.

Fenrir stuck a tongue out, "If I do, and you look like a wet cat, should I be chasing you?" And he gave her a sloppy lick, whinnying in laughter. She was one of the few mares...if any.....the only mare who didn't take offense at his words and knew how to tease him back. The stallion found him enjoying the situation.

"Maybe. Unless you're still too tired from our race earlier. Then I'd understand if you didn't want to chase me." She rubbed her wing against her fur where he had given her a sloppy lick. "Ewwww, dog germs." Zhenga giggled lightly and wiped her wing against his face, returning what spit she had wiped off.

He tried to duck and failed, getting a faceful of her wing. Hmmm, she smelt good, sorta tangy like. A sneeze escaped him again, and he wondered idly if he's caught a cold or if her feathers were tickling. "Seeing as you're not running, it seems I've caught you," a wicked smile appeared and he leaned his neck out, planting several sloppy kisses on her.

"You never gave me time to get up and run. Plus you're laying on me, so it makes that kind of difficult." Her eyes snapped shut as he gave her some sloppy kisses. He seemed to be quite forward now in his attempts to 'woo her?' it seemed. Unlike most of the other stallions she had come across who seemed quite timid until she got them to open up.
But this seemed like a land slid to her. Zhenga wiped her wing against her fur again. "You're going to make my fur turn soggy if you keep doing that." She grinned.

He leaned into her as if to prove a point, laying down his head contentedly. "Maybe it was my plan all along, to catch you before you can run," he chuckled slightly. "And I ain't complaining about your soggy fur......you can always take another dip into the lake." Fenrir gave off some quiet murmurs.

"Oh. I see. Keep me preoccupied so that I can't run huh? You're so sly." She grinned and nudged his cheek with her black nose. "And what? Look like a wet cat again? I'm just starting to dry off. If you didn't keep slobbering on me then maybe I wouldn't have to." Zhenga's grin faded and was replaced by a soft smile as he laid down his head.

The green stallion yawned, curling his head around her. The darkness was falling outside, blue light glinting off the lake. Fenrir look positively dark, as he nudged back at Zhenga, "As I said....I ain't complaining, and you smell nice as a wet cat soquili."
She was much...much warmer than the ground. And he has thrown all caution into the wind...if there was a wind.

Laying a still slightly damp wing over his back, she watched as it seemed he was drifting off to sleep. "You must be tired." Her tail stopped moving and curled around her rump lazily. She herself wasn't all that sleepy, and yet the warmth of the cavern and the white noise of the lake nearby started to make her so. As well as the lack of conversation. Zhenga figured it was getting pretty late and any normal Soquili would be tired right about now.

Snuggling under the wing, he blew at her, "you're one energized mare..." he muttered, "S'not like i can't race you now if I wanted....to...." a yawn, and another yawn.
Meanwhile a tiny round creature slipped in along the wall, his furry little snout sniffing. His black and white marked coat glinted slightly, and his paws made tiny pawprints in the soft ground. "Psss....fenfen...you there?"

She laughed and shook her head as she nudged the top of his head lightly with her nose. "I just don't tired easily. And I don't think you could race a snail right now if you wanted to." Her ears perked as she heard small foot falls in the soft earth, but she didn't turn her head to see where they were coming from. Though the soft sound of a voice caught her attention. Had the little raccoon followed them all this way? Or was it someone else?
