A falling star Least I fall alone. I can’t explain what you can’t explain. Your finding things that you didn’t know I look at you with such disdain
The walls start breathing My minds unweaving Maybe it’s best you leave me alone. A weight is lifted On this evening I give the final blow.
When darkness turns to light It ends tonight, It ends tonight. Just a little insight will make this right It’s too late to fight It ends tonight, It ends tonight.

Now I’m on my own side It’s better than being on your side It’s my fault when your blind It’s better that I see it through your eyes
All these thoughts locked inside Now you’re the first to know

Mary belongs to the words of a song I try to be strong for her, try not to be wrong for her But she will not wait for me, anymore, anymore Why did I say all those things before? I was sure
(She is the one), but I have a purpose, (She is the one), and I have to fight this, (She is the one), a villian I can't knock down.
I see your face with every punch I take, And every bone I break, it's all for you And my worst pains are words I cannot say, Still I will always fight on for you
Mary's alive in the bright New York sky, The city lights shine for her, above them I cry for her Everything's small on the ground below, down below What if I fall, then where would I go, would she know?

(She is the one), all that I wanted, (She is the one), and I will be haunted, (She is the one), this gift is my curse for now
I see your face with every punch I take, And every bone I break, it's all for you And my worst pains are words I cannot say, Still I will always fight on for you
I see your face with every punch I take, And every bone I break, it's all for you And my worst pains are words I cannot say, Still I will always fight on for you
Fight on for you, fight on for you

I almost got drunk at school, at fourteen Where I almost made out with the Homecoming Queen Who almost went on to be Miss Texas But lost to a slut, with much bigger breast-es I almost dropped out to move to LA Where I was almost famous for almost a day
And I almost had you But I guess that doesn't cut it Almost loved you I almost wished you would've loved me too

I almost held up a grocery store Where I almost did five years and then seven more Cause I almost got popped for a fight with a thug Cause he almost made off with a bunch of the drugs That I almost got hooked on cause you ran away And I wish I would've had the nerve to ask you to stay
And I almost had you But I guess that doesn't cut it Almost had you And I didn't even know it
You kept me guessin' and now I'm destined To spend my time missing you I almost wish you would've loved me too

Here I go, thinking 'bout all the things I could've done I'm gonna need a forklift, cause all the baggage weighs a ton (baggage weighs a ton) I know we've had our problems, I can't remember one
I almost forgot to say something else And if I can't fit it in, I'll keep it all to myself I almost wrote a song about you today But I tore it all up and then I threw it away
And I almost had you But I guess that doesn't cut it Almost had you And I didn't even know it
You kept me guessin' and now I'm destined To spend my time missing you And I almost had you (almost had you) Almost had you
I almost wish you would've loved me too (wish you would've loved me too)

Her finger traced I love you In the palm of my hand That's still the only time My belly's ever hit the floor Like that
Your feet in my lap We drove away the past Knowing we would turn around again
Tell her I'm not sorry Mention my Ferrari Just don't tell her that I miss her She wanted in I wanted out And that's the last thing we talked about

Remember how our hands matched Love lines, same size I guess I should have checked To see the life lines weren't in line
I call on the phone You still felt alone And talked about the songs that made you cry
Tell her I'm not sorry Mention my Ferrari Just don't tell her that I miss her She wanted in I wanted out And that's the last thing we talked about She wanted in I wanted out And that's the last thing we talked about
Campfire cookies And John Hughes movies Junior mints And cold shower Tuesdays November shivers And rear-view mirrors And the little things like that Little things like that

You say your time is running out You fall from where you wanna be You're hanging in the lost and found You're losing touch with everything And when you need someone to lean on
I will be around, when you think it's over I won't let you down, when your luck run's out And when you feel like life is holding you down Whenever you need me, I will be around
Don't worry this won't last forever You'll be alright, better late than never

Don’t cry to me. If you loved me, you would be here with me. You want me, come find me. Make up your mind.
Should’ve let you fall, Lose it all, So maybe you can remember yourself. Can’t keep believing, We’re only deceiving ourselves, And I’m sick of the lies, And you’re too late.
Don’t cry to me. If you loved me, you would be here with me. You want me, come find me. Make up your mind.

Couldn’t take the blame, Sick with shame. Must be exhausting to lose your own game. Selfishly hated, No wonder you’re jaded, You can’t play the victim this time. And you're too late.
So, don’t cry to me. If you loved me, you would be here with me. You love me, come find me. Make up your mind.
You never call me when you’re sober, You only want it ‘cause it’s over - it’s over.
How could I have burned paradise. How could I, you were never mine?

So, don’t cry to me. If you loved me, you would be here with me. Don’t lie to me, just get your things. I’ve made up your mind.
