Gel Arrives: Part 3
Keiji's scream was loud enough that it could wake the dead. And as it could wake the dead waking up someone like Shin who for the most part was a very light sleeper wasn't all the difficult to do... In fact the man came lunging forward out of his room looking rather scary as he was minus shirt, hair a giant mess, knife in hand, and eyes searching for Keiji and the thing that was making him scream as if he were about to be killed. The angel turned terrified eyes to Shin and held his hand out to him, "Get it off me!" He cried, near tears.
Shin looked down at the thing that was holding onto Keiji's arm and then reached out to smack it off of him, the ink colored thing hit the floor with a splat then shivered before reforming itself, turning its yellow eyes on Shin, watching him. What, what was going on? It thought to itself. This family was a confusing a violent one wasn't it? It didn't even move though even when the knife was suddenly swung down at it. It was either to dumb to realize what was going or to dumb to realize that it was in danger... either way the knife hit its form with much force... the knife squished into its form until it was almost pressed it half, then sprung back to its normal form sending the knife flying to stick into the far wall.
The creature blinked a couple times.
The hunter stood frozen, Keiji did the same... and Vishal was cheering and slid out of his chair crawling over to the inky critter to poke at it a few times, then bounced a hand up and down on it before he picked it up and set to chewing on it. It was as if he forgot his earlier fear that the thing was after him to instead play with it, anything that could get stabbed and not only not be hurt but throw the knife across the room was cool in his eyes.
The creature sort of hung there not protesting the chewing since it didn't hurt and the teeth couldn't cut into him. That and better to have a little kid loving on it then to have a big person trying to stab it... not that it really made the connection. Not to bright...
"No... Shin! Shin... get that thing out of his mouth." Keiji whimpered, watching the hunter as he moved over to pull his knife from the wall.
"Its not going to do any harm." He said, looking the thing over. He was pretty sure it was harmless. After all it had just sat there and allowed itself to be stabbed then allowed itself to be picked up and chewed on, "It will get sick up this place soon enough." After all why would any creature stay around allow such abuse without leaving after a while right? Shin wiped the knife off on his pants then looked over at the angel, "Get me some coffee please?"
Screaming was NOT the way that he liked to wake up and now that he knew everything was fine he felt himself growing all sleepy again... he walked over to plop down in one of the seats at the table, stretching out and yawning. Now that he was awake no real reason in going back to sleep. He had a few jobs to do today after all, hopefully they would be real jobs... not that it would seem as if what he had done last night wasn't real. He would guess that the thing that had been bothering those people was the same thing that had been brought here, the thing that Vishal was chewing on. Oh well, either way they were free of the monster and he had been paid.
Though how they could find that thing to be a monster scary enough that it needed to be taken care of by someone like Shin was beyond his comprehension... some people were way to weak minded and easily scared. He glanced over at Keiji as he thought that, he was far to easily scared by the oddest things and yet the angel would stand up against him and argue... so odd... He shook his head and gave Keiji a smile as he got his coffee handed to him, inhalig the aroma deeply before he drank a long sip of it. He let his eyes close as it set to work with waking him up.
"Your sure hes ok with it..." Keiji asked again, glancing over at the boy who was happily chewing upon his new found toy.
"Yeah, I am sure of it." Shin said, eyes opening again to sip on his drink once again, "It will get bored soon enough and leave."
Keiji nodded, hoping that he was right.

Dreaming...
He was dreaming, he had to be. After all Vishal... or was it Deveous? The God was standing before him in all of his shining, monsterous glory but his red eyes weren't watching Shin, no they were cast towards the darkness. He turned for a moment his many legs shifting before he turned to look over at Shin, there was a long drawn out moment before he walked towards Shin, lifting up a claws hand... then struck out. There was a moment of pain and the hunter felt for a moment as if his heart had been ripped out, dropping down to his knees panting. A smirk spread over the lips of the God of Monsters as he then turned walking towards the darkness, as he moved forward the darkness started to part and he saw what Deveous had been watching the whole time, "Keiji..."
The angel was... sleeping? Dead? He couldn't tell as he looked him over hanging amongst the blue strands of the Monster God's massive web. He got up to his feet then stummbled, looking down at the ground. It felt as if it were starting to grow watery, his feet starting to sink into it, "Vishal! Get back here!" He yelled after him, stummbling against his he tried to move forward. He was stuck... damn it the ground was sucking him under, "Vishal get away from Keiji!"
The God looked over his shoulder again, a smirk spreading over his lips and he reached a hand out to run the sharp nails on his fingertips over the angel's cheek, "Mine." He said simply.
The word sent something like ice through Shin's veins, pain into his chest, and fear into his mind and heart, "Vishal..." He tried to drag himself forward against but the stuff around him was getting thicker, deeper... was hard to move, hard to catch up... He had to get to Keiji, had to stop Vishal from... from... what was it that he was doing? He wasn't quite sure that he liked the possessiveness that the God was showing, then again angels were servents to Gods weren't they? Maybe he was feeling that for Keiji and was trying to steal him away? He struggled again, harder this time but seemed to be making no progress, instead Vishal reached up to pluck the angel out of the web and slung Keiji's unconscious form across his shoulder. He glanced back over his shoulder, smirked again then srated to walk off again.
The word mine echoed in Shin's mind even as the pair vanished into the darkness leaving him alone.
Or was he alone? Behind him was a shadow with purple eyes, it was wathing him closely and taking in the situation at hand...
*****
Shin came awake with a jolt, his body coverd in a cold sweat, his body shaking violently and in an instant he was up on his feet and rushing to the bed where Keiji was sleeping. The angel was still, his blue streaked wings wrapped around himself looking so peaceful, far to much so for Shin's liking... He reached his hands out to catch hold of his arms and gave the angel as shake as if he somehow expected him to not wake up after that dream... he did though with a squeak as he felt something shaking him and flailed in Shin's grasp before he realized who had hold of him and he relaxed back against the bed, "Huh? Shin?" He murmured, sound rather confused as to why the hunter was shaking him away in the middle of the night.
Shin then plopped down on the edge of the bed with a sighing sound of relief, "Good... Good... it was just a dream." He said, his voice sounding as relieved as he felt shaking his head. He didn't know why the dream had bothered him so much but it did... As if the idea that Vishal would one day carrying Keiji off in the darkness frightened the hunter for some reason.
Keiji sat up, wings giving a flutter before he leaned against the hunter, yawning, "What was just a dream?" He asked, now that he was awake he couldn't so easily fall back to sleep, especially when Shin was looking rather worse for wear, "Did you have a nightmare? Do you want to talk to me about it?" He knew that sometimes talking about things with people helped, not that he often shared things with anyone that bothered him... but this wasn't about him it was about Shin.
"Yes. It was..." He didn't know how to say it, it was hard when the one that he was dreaming of was the one that Keiji was so overly protective of... He was also having a hard time figuring it out in his mind, why was he so angry over the idea of Vishal taking Keiji away? Had he become so used to having the angel around that the idea of him leaving wasn't one that sat well with Shin? He shook his head, "Hmm... a nightmare yes but not something I want to talk about." It was best this way, he didn't want to go into the deep thought of why the dream bothered him or anything like that. Keiji was here and he was whole, Vishal hadn't stolen him away into the darkness so things were fine right?
He laid back on the bed and the angel starred down at him, confused. He then gave a flutter of his wings, "Hrm... six in the morning." The sun would be up soon, he wondered if since he was already awake he should get up and set to work on breakfast, some light cleaning, and other various chores that would be more easily done while everyone slept. He nodded and was about to get up to do just that when Shin's arms reached out to wrap around Keiji's waist and drew the angel back down to laying with him, "Get some more sleep." He was told by the hunter and trapped as he was he could only comply.
"Ok, but only if you get up and help out today. We have some shopping to do." He told Shin.
Shin gave a grummbling sound, half tempted to try to find a way to get out of that, he hated shopping... it was such an ordeal when it came to dragging around all of these little monsters. He supposed though he couldn't complain to much, "Fine, fine... I will go... shopping with the lot of you."
Keiji smiled, "Sounds good." He said, happily then snuggled back to wings wrapping around them as he dozed back off.

Oh No... Not Again...
Vishal leaned against the door listening to it, glared, listened again. He knew that they were in there... so he started to bang on the door in a rather pathetic sort of way, "Mum! Mum! Kya... Ah!" He yelled, though there was no answer. Blast... he knew he could figure this out, this door thing. He looked up at the knob to make a grabby motion at it. Nope... he pushed, pulled, and grunted as he got himself up onto his feet and leaned against the door itself. He then grabbed hold of the knob to yank on it, twisting, turning, and struggling until it finally turned and popped open. He fell into the room and looked around to try to figure out where it was that his idiot of a father and his Mum had gone too... and he glared as he saw Shin laying there with the angel.
Hey! That was his angel! He fell forward after he took a step and realized that he couldn't yet do the walking thing... oh well that wasn't what was important right now. He made his way over to the foot of the bed. He grabbed hold of the blankets at the foot of the bed and drug his way up onto it and sat at the foot of the bed to look them over. They didn't look to cuddly he didn't thing, Keiji was on his side with his wings wrapped around himself while Shin was laying facing the other way snoring. Ok... he supposed that this could be ok... he crawled forward to Keiji and squirmed his way under the angels wings and into his arms. There we go, this was better. He could stay here and rest up warm in his Mum's arms and keep his idiot father away from him!
He lifted up just a little bit so that he could eye Shin before he lowered back down to curl up against the angel's chest, eyes fluttering a moment before they were closed and sleep took him again.
As the three drifted off, just like in Shin's dream where he had first gotten the baby Vishal, they floated from their bodies. But this time they floated much farther before the three were allowed to realize it. Now standing beside Keiji in a sort of clinging manor was Deveous-though he seemed to have been shrunk to halfway between his age as Vishal and his age as Deveous. But he had his spider body and horns here.
Now that they were in this spirit world, one could see a strange glow that emminated between him and Shin. The glow of the bond between their souls. But strangely, the way he held Keiji, there seemed to be another glow forming. As if he was bonding to both of their souls instead of just Shin's.
However this small family moment was to be short lived. A female deity, whose soul had long been residing here, darted close to them. She was going to bond with Shin when Vishal's soul did. She had backed off so he could get a home and now here he was again rebonding. She should grab these three and get a home too! This goddess-black jaguar feet running fast-ran over and latched onto Keiji, Vishal, and Shin-completely startling them.
Shin wasn't as confused by this floating feeling the as he had been the first two times, instead he looked around into the darkness trying to figure out what was going on. He did find himself a little confused as to why Keiji was there almost as confused as the angel himself who was looking down at Vishal/Deveous before reaching a hand out to touch him as if trying to figure out if he were real or not, "Huh...?"
The glowing Shin rather understood to as being the bond between himself and the Monster God, why it seemed to be spreading to Keiji though... that was rather confusing. Was it because the boy was so convinced that Keiji was his mother? Was the thing spreading because both the angel and Shin himself were his parents, "Vishal?" He murmured. He hoped that was it, he hoped that it was due to familial bonds and not like in his dream where the Monster God meant to steal off with Keiji and make a meal of him... or whatever it was that he Monster God would do with a helpless angel, no ideas that came to mind ones Keiji wanted to consider.
Shin was concentrating so much on them though that he was completely caught of guard when the three of them were almost tackled off their feet by a smaller form. He stummbled, reaching to his side for his blade before he realized it wasn't there... maybe a good thing as he looked down and found instead of something frightening, dangerous, or out to kill them a small girl with the most adorable purple eyes. He starred into them and he gave him this sort of 'LOVE ME' vibe off through those eyes and the way she clung to his legs.
And even mighty Shin, Monster Hunter extrodinare couldn't resist...
The glow continued to spread throughout the four, linking them all as a family now. Then there was a blur. But when Shin woke up, there was Vishal, snuggled in Keiji's arms. And around Shin's neck was a strange dark purple relic that seemed like an odd honeycomb or a shadowy twist.
And with that Keiji had been bonded into Vishal's life more completely and Kris had joined the family-at least as a relic.

God is Displeased!
Vishal wasn't quite sure what to think about what was going on around him. He wasn't a dense child and he knew what that necklace that was dangling around Shin's neck meant even if he didn't know who it was exactly. He gave it a glare from where he was sitting, there was some new kid attempting to invade his home! This wasn't something that he was going to take lying down damn it... he wanted... wanted... for it to go away! Why couldn't that thing pick another home? He sat down in front of the couch to glare that much more, someone was going to be trying to take away his family, take away his parents, his brothers... his eyes went wide before his gaze flew over to look at Keiji who was going about the process of making the night's meal. They were going to take away his angel! Vishal knew from experiance that Keiji liked small children, took good care of them. Did that mean now that he wasn't a baby that Keiji would move onto to taking care of the new comer since they would be smaller, cuter?
The Monster God's mind was seething and the one that got the brunt of his anger was poor, stupid Gel who was sitting next to him despite the mood the boy was in. Vishal lifted his hands up and brought them down in anger on Gel though they did nothing but bounce off. It wasn't fair! Why did some new baby to come here! Why couldn't they just go away! He gave a growling sound before grabbing Gel and crawled from where he was sitting to instead go under the diningroom table and sat there. He looked at Gel for a long moment then dropped the inky creature. It hit the ground with a splat before reforming and the blob gazed up at Vishal awaiting the next move of his God. The boy seemed unsure though as he watched out from under the table to where Shin was sitting. The only thing that made the Monster God happy was that Shin had been in a rotten mood as well, he didn't think that his idiot liked the idea of a new kid anymore then Vishal himself liked the idea. In fact he might even like it less... if that were possible.
Now... how to get rid of that necklace before it became a child that stole the attention of everyone in his life? He didn't want to suddenly disapear, he didn't want to lose what he had and be all alone. He wasn't sure why but the idea of being alone was something that frightened him, that caused his heart to clench and his mind to scream. He didn't want to be alone in darkness again! Again...? He shook his head, a little confused by that thought but as it made no sense to him he let it pass. He crawled forward to glare at Shin before he started to make his way over to him, Gel following along. He wondered what game they were playing!
Vishal scrammbled his way up onto the couch and over onto Shin's lap. He sat himself down facing the man and stared at him, hard. It took a moment but Shin opened his eyes to look over at the boy, "Its your fault you know. You can here first and apparently you opened the door for anyone else that wanted to follow." The hunter told him, sheesh he didn't need another kid! One would think that the Gods would see that the house was already full to capacity and then some! You would think that the one inside of the purple necklace he wore would understand that he already had four sons... apparently they didn't though.
The Monster God gave Shin a dark look and a grunt of dislike as if to say that he had nothing to do with the appearance of this new Godling or that it was his fault, in fact he sounded quite indignant at even the thought! He then reached forward to grab hold of the purple honeycomb necklace and yanked at it, "No!" He spat at first then the moment he touch it he felt a jolt go through his entire body and his head for a moment ached, there was a flash that felt like a memory but not one of his, not something he'd ever seen before. A young girl with bright eyes, catlike feet, and a bright smile from the darkness... He dropped the necklace as if it had burned him and moved to get away from it suceeding only in falling off of Shin's lap to land on his backside on the ground, on his tail. The tail wasn't hurt as much as his pride though when he looked up at Shin and saw the way the hunter was laughing.
"Nice retreat there Vishal, very dignified." He said.
The Godling gave a hissing sound and lunged, snapping at the leg in front of him but Shin jerked it out of the way in time so that all Vishal got to bite onto was the side of the couch.
"I suppose we are going to both have to get used to this huh?" He said, getting to his feet and stretched out, "Odd... something we have in common." He ruffled Vishal's hair then moved away from him, pacing. Vishal snarled and gnawed on the couch cushion a moment before he retreated to his safe haven under the table to think. Once again Gel followed all thinking it part of a grand game that the Godling was playing.

Not all monsters were unintelligent, some of them thought and felt, some of them even knew concepts such as vengence which were the ones that Shin saw as the most dangerous, the ones that could think were the ones that he felt needed to be dealt with the most. He felt no guilt over the killing of the monsters even now when he was homing the God of Monsters. They were still a threat, they were still his job, they still needed to be dealt with. So he felt nothing even now... well he felt sore all over from the fight he supposed but nothing emotional. Keiji was going to have a fit when he saw the wounds that the hunter had on his body but he supposed he could deal with the complaints of the angel if it meant getting himself patched up. The problem was that this monster he'd fought were among those that would be seen as intelligent and the biggest problem with taking it down was that it hadn't been alone, the creature had a mate... Blood...
The beast was laying out among the shadows watching the house closely with narrowed, yellow eyes. He was within, he who had slain her mate... she wouldn't just stand by and allow such a thing to go unpunished. Oh no, she was going to show him what happened when one dared to mess with her kind. The female rose to her feet, stretching out all over before prowling forward body moving in a rather graceful sort of way. Her tail writhed as she moved forward as if it had a mind of its own which it very well could have since it seemed to be a snake attached to her body instead of a true tail. She moved to the window that looked into the front room, pushing up on her hind legs to look inside of the house, watching those inside for a while. It was dark inside, they were sleeping which made them the perfect targets. She would make a meal of that hunter's children and then she would tear him limb from limb, make him suffer before she allowed him to die.
She backed up a ways before lunging forward, there was a crash of glass as she broke through it then lunged towards the couch where the first of her prey lay sleeping, her claws slashed out and it was by only pure luck that Yoko was able to move fast enough. He didn't move to save his own hide though, instead he threw himself forward into harms way to protect Tsukiko who was waking slower then him, he gave a soundless cry of pain as the claws cut into him... Tsu echoed it, loudly though as he looked up at his twin and saw blood, "No! Yoko!" He cried then looked at the beast in front of them, standing there eyeing them with cold, dark eyes that made Tsu whimper, ears laying back, "SHIN!!"
The sound of glass had woken him, a scream have him moving, then the panicked voice of Tsukiko had spurred Shin into violent action, grabbing up his blades and burst from the room. He looked around to find his enemy then spotted her, "Oh fuc..." He didn't get to finish the sentence as the tail of the nue snapped towards him of its of volation, its teeth snapping at his arm and sank in deeply... he gave a choked sound as he felt the venom enter his system, burning into him. He brought down the arm that was bite free and cut the head of the snake tail off before he yanked it off of his arm. The nue gave a yowling sound, rounding on him as her tail bled out. Her ears laid back, her teeth barred, and she gave a nasty sound as she stalked towards him. Her venom was running through the hunter's system, it would slow him down make all of his movements sluggish, his vision it would become blurred, and he would lose his coordination... he would be unable to slay her and she would be able to do as she pleased to him... and to his cubs.
Firstly though... her gaze looked passed Shin to where Keiji stood, standing there wide eyed. She followed the gaze of the angel to where Vishal was standing, trapped in his pen then back again. Her mind put two and two together, so the blonde with the wings was the mate of the Hunter and they had a cub together? She barred her teeth in what could almost be an animalistic smirk. Which one, which one? Which one of the two did she want to kill first? Should she murder the Hunter's mate first? Kill the blond as Shin had killed her mate? Or should she go over and snap the neck of his cub, allow both the hunter and his mate to see the demise of their child, let them both suffer with that death and then she would take down the angel.
Keiji made the decision for her as he moved forward trying to get to Vishal, the movement brought out the predator in the Nue and she lunged, her large form slammed into Keiji's and the two of them landed within the shadows of the bedroom unable to be seen by the others in the main room.
Vishal was frozen stock still as he saw his Mum get tackled by the creature that had invaded their home, he looked to the twins watching as Tsu used his shirt to try to stop the bleeding from Yoko's wounds and then finally to Shin, the hunter who he didn't particularly love but didn't dislike either... they were all hurt... that thing... that thing had hurt his family! Vishal's red eyes flooded with tears and he started to bang against he bars of his cage, "Mum... Mum! MUM!!!"
It had to...
He had to...
I have too...
"LET ME OUT!" He screamed, there was a flash of red, an angry wave of power and the pen seemed to be shredded around the Monster Godling... Vishal stood there wrapped in red, his clothing in tatters as his body had suddenly grown in a flash... his eyes were glowing, his pupils seemed gone as did the whites of his eyes instead all was red, "I. Will. Kill. You." He hissed out, his voice cold and lacked emotion. It wasn't a threat it wasn't a promise, it was a cold hard fact... the Nue was going to die...

Winnowen, Servant of God
Keiji felt the weight of the monster hit him and land on top of him, found himself look into in the maw of the creature and he gave a gasping sound, no... no. He had to get to Vishal! The thing would go after the baby next, it would hurt his baby! He watched the way the Nue drew back, mouth full of pointy teeth opening up and he could almost feel them sinking into his throat. Blue eyes sank closed, "No!" Then the nue was giving off the oddest sort of sound, something between a growl and a gag. Keiji dared to open his eyes again and he could see... Gel?
"Gel!" He cried, watching the thing as it logged itself in the open mouth of the creature, its tendrils wrapping around her snout and lower jaw to hold on tightly in its attempts not to get thrown free of where it was holding onto. Gel wasn't sure why but... he felt he HAD to protect Keiji, as if he knew that Vishal would never be the same were the nue to eat the angel that he referred to as 'Mum' and Gel couldn't allow that. Gel had to protect the angel! It couldn't know that it was Vishal's will, his desire to save his mum that affected the thought process of Gel, made the critter do something it normally wouldn't. Vishal couldn't know this though, couldn't know that his mere desire to save his mother from nue could spur Gel forward as it had so instead he tried to escape from his pen, then did escape from it. He stepped forward bare feet padding across the floor a couple of steps then he glare at the nue.
"Mum..." He murmured, unable to see anything passed the nue and could only hear something like... chewing? The thing was chewing his mother, it was eating his mother... he was going to... He had to kill it! He had to kill it for hurting his family! He took another step foward the energies around him an angry red started to shift to a dark color, something like a mix between blood and darkness... He paused as he reached Shin, reaching a hand out to lay it on the arm of the hunter over the bite wounds and he could almost feel the venom as it worked its way though Shin's system. He wouldn't be able to fight now would he? Wouldn't be able to help, he couldn't rely forever upon his father it would seem which meant that he was in fact going to have to do this, was going to have to find help elsewhere...
Who... who could he get to help him? Everyone he knew was righ there in front of him, his family and... the few people he had met on ventures out with Shin and Mum... none of them could help him now but someone. There had to be someone that could. His powers reached out, grasping desperately at straws, at anything or anyone that could help him out with the nue, anyone that could help him to save his family from the monster, "Please... Help me!"
Eyes opened far away, something was waking, stirring, a form shifting in what was supposed to be almost eternal sleep now that her God was dead, 'Deveous..?' Her voice echoed through the darkness, spoke outloud but unable to be heard, her body was still sleeping even if her soul was suddenly awakened from its long sleep. Deveous was calling for her but how... why? Was her God not dead? Murdered? Then why... she couldn't just wait here when her God was calling, she had to go to him and do his bidding as she always had. Her loyalty was unending, everlasting, and nothing could keep her from obeying the will of her master, 'I'm coming Deveous.'
There was a flickering in front of him, what looked like a doorway was opening up in front of Vishal and from within this door there was a figure that stepped forth, a tall and most beautiful femminine form. Winnowen stepped out of the red and black swirling fog to look around herself, her web like wings fluttering around her. The woman was unsure of where she had been called, this was like no place on Tison that she had ever seen before and it made no sense to her why Deveous would be here, had she been called to the wrong place?
"Deveous? Are you here My Lord?" She sounded so very hopeful, turning to looked around... then down at Vishal, "Wha?!" Her voice was somewhere between a squwak and a gasp. What in the Nine Hells was going on!
Deveous had... shrunk!

Judgement
Vishal looked up at Winnowen for a long moment then pointed, "Please, get rid of it." He didn't know who this was, couldn't recall her name or her face but something inside told him that he could trust her, that she would do for him what needed to be done, that he had only to ask. He knew somehow that she would follow his orders. She did too, turning to look over a nue and walked towards it, her webbing wings fluttering a moment before she reached up to them, wrapping the frayed edges of them around her hands and stretched the material out and away from his back. It stretched, grew, and was manipulated by her hands easily as she walked forward, then she made a motion with her hands causing it to snap forward, wrapping around the nue's throat, legs, and middle, tightening and wrapping around the beast, suffocating it and crushing it even as it drug the creature back and off of the angel it had pinned.
Gel chose that moment to jump, landing on the chest of the angel watching as nue was pulled away. Gel gave a sighing sound and seemed almost to deflate, oozing over Keiji's chest as it gave into the fear it felt now that it realized what it had done exactly. Almost got swallowed by a nue... ack...
Winnowen turned to look over at Vishal, "What shall I do with it My Lord Deveous?" She asked of him.
"I want..." He looked around to Keiji first, to Shin, to the twins, to Gel and back to Winnowen, "Kill it."
Winnowen's eyes went a little wide, the tone of voice was more what she knew to be Deveous even if the size and look of the boy wasn't exactly as she remembered her God to be, "Yes My Lord, Nue! Judgement has been passed and your sentence told to me by My Lord, your crimes are punishable by death! Let it be known that Deveous, God of Monsters has spoken." The wing webbing twisted, squeezed, and jerked all at the same time and there was the sound of many bones breaking and the nue was dead in a flash. Her wings then released him and fluttered back around her, swaying as if caught by an unseen breeze. She then turned to look back at Vishal, "It is done My Lord."
Vishal moved then, rushing forward passed Winnowen to Keiji, dropping ot his knees in front of the angel to look him over desperate as he looked for wounds. When he found him to be ok he threw his arms around him and clung. Winnowen looked him over, a little in shock. When had Deveous gotten so... cuddly? She could remember him as being so very standoffish, unable to deal with and unwilling to deal with people that were overly clingy and yet here he was holding onto the blonde angel. So very odd... The web winged woman walked over to Shin first, kneeling down in front of him to look him over closely, "You should be ok, the venom will pass." It was made to stun prey to make it easy to kill not to kill the prey outright on its own.
Shin nodded, "I know that." He muttered, sounding indignant. He tried to do his best to draw up to his feet but wasn't quite able to as he collapsed back onto his backside, grunting.
Winnowen's eyes narrowed a little bit, "I know that you know." She murmured, this close she could smell what he was and her hands itched to break him in the same manner she had broken the nue... she refrained though as she felt something there between the hunter and Deveous, something she couldn't describe or understand. She wasn't given the word though to take care of the hunter so she wouldn't act. She moved away from him over to the twins to look over the one with silver hair, the one whos' face was wrapped in a shirt. She carefully unwrapped it before looking the wound over carefully, "Ahh... poor little puppy." She murmured, reaching back to take hold of her wing again, drawing a piece forward and it snapped free. She used the shirt to wipe up the wound then wrapped it with the webbing, "There you go, this will keep infection out."
Yoko nodded, "Thanks Chickie." He said, giving her a smile. She was a hottie wasn't she? Damn but he wanted to hug her!
Winnowen seemed almost to read his mind as she took a couple steps back and out of the reach of the little puppy, just in case so as not to get attacked and loved on by some random dog demon. They were just... not her thing, "My Lord?" Winnowen said, looking over to the Monster Godling, "Is there... anything else I can do for you?" She was feeling rather sleepy again... she was going to have to return back to her sleep. It would be better sleep though as now she knew, knew that Deveous was alive and well if a little different then she remembered, she could rest well now.
Vishal looked over to her then shook his head, "I'm... ok." He murmured.
She gave a smile, "I... want to see you again Deveous." She said, her form starting to grow transparent, "I want... you to hug me too." She knew it was a little rude of her to say but she did, she wanted to be lucky like the angel and wanted for her Lord to show her the same affection that the angel got... she let her eyes close and she was gone, returning to her body and to her eternal slumber.
Vishal nodded, were he to see her again he would give her the hug she wanted.

A strange note appears During the cleaning of the house Shin strangely finds a note written in two different handwritings-a neat diplomatic handwriting and in between sections of it in red pen in a more scribbly messy handwriting were notes from someone else. The note said this
Congratulations, Guardians! She means hi Shin and Keiji we have good news and bad news and want to be diplomatic about it
It seems your child has brought another being into the bond between the two of you so first we at the Samadueanna would like to welcome this new party into the mix. We were also alerted that during the rebonding a new soul was bonded in as well. Again I am translating: we just heard that Keiji's now partially Vishal's guardian too and that you're expecting another godlet soon.
Also quite recently our computer informed us of the fact that your current charge has yet again grown. This new growth brings to light new needs including that of his education. A big blinky alert showed up on Rouge's computer that said Vishal grew to child and we've gotta school him because he needs to know about Tison if he's gonna grow up to be a god there some day.
We expect you to contact our captain or one of the staff about his schooling. Should your recent predicament of living situation leave you without housing for a certain ammount of time you and your charges are more then welcome to reside on the Samadueanna with us. They want to you to get in touch with Rouge or someone to get his classes started up and if you guys need a home for a while you can stay on the ship.

Finally Giving In
Shin looked the note over. He read it once, twice, then gave a little laugh, "Well now this has stalker written all over it huh?" He said, handing it over to Keiji.
The angel read the note over before nodding in agreement, "Well at least now they have a way of knowing the kids have grown though. They didn't seem to know exactly that Vishal had when he grew into a toddler." If they knew when the kids had grown they would better be able to help them out when it was needed. What would have happened after all with Vishal if he hadn't happened to call them about the odd lumps on his back? He didn't even want to think of how the baby may have hurt himself. Keiji shook his head to force away such thoughts then looked over to where Vishal was, currently sitting under a tree playing with Gel. He was using his 'I'm a little kid, not used to walking' thing to his advantage to get out of having to help. Keiji wasn't caught on of course though Shin was, he didn't push the matter since they already had three sets of hands helping. Tsu was doing his best to do twice the work since Yoko wasn't feeling up to helping due to his injury.
"Are we going to go to stay with them on their ship?" Keiji asked after reading that line over.
"Hrm? No. This is the second time they have offered and it will be the second time I refuse. I can take care of things and we just need to fix a window, a door, and a wall and things will be back to the shape they were before the nue attacked."
"Yeah. The way they were and that is cramped and crowded... Shin..." The angel lifted his hands up to take hold of the hunter's arm, "Shin there isn't enough room here. Maybe there was when it was just you and even just you and the twins but... but now there is Vishal, there is the new baby thats on the way, and myself... a one room house isn't going to cut it anymore."
Shin looked at the small house that had served him well for so long when he was alone then around to the many people he had picked up along the way, "But... I..."
"Its going to be hard for you to leave this place behind I know but... we will need a bigger place. People will need their own rooms." Keiji said, "Maybe not the twins but surely you want one to yourself and I know I would like my own room, Vishal I can't see him wanting to share a room with anyone plus there is the new baby to worry about."
"I... suppose your right." He murmured, it was admitting that the place he loved so much wasn't good enough and he hated that but Keiji was right. He had five people in it aside from himself now and one room wasn't going to cut it, on top of that one bathroom wasn't even going to cut it, "I will see about getting a new place. I know that they can bring out those manufactured homes on truck. We have plenty of money for that." They had for a while he just had never really gotten around to getting a new place brought in despite thinking on it idly.
"Really? Thank you Shin!" The angel said, snuggling on his arm. This was great! A bigger home so the family could be comfortable, this was going to be great!
"Yeah, yeah. For now though we still are staying here so we need to get the mess cleaned up." He told him, shooing the angel off and was unaware of the glaring he was getting from Vishal.
"He needs leave Mum 'lone." He muttered to Gel, glaring. Mum was his! Not for sharing with others! Especially not Shin who went off and got another baby.
